Lulu Hookah Lounge — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

Very decent place and expensive hookah comparing to other places. I visited this place with my boyfriend and we ordered food it was delicious. And for drinks we wanted to drink tea and it was 35tl for one person. Cesar salad was the best 👌🏻. Pretty busy place and visited at night so it was a bit cold next to window. Some waiters were super kind and some were not really that much. Atmosphere is a bit noisy. And hookah... Idk maybe we didn’t knew how to smoke hookah maybe it was actually bad hookah. First we ordered fruit hookah for 220tl then we really tried to enjoy it but hookah had no smoke. And whenever we asked the guy who did hookah to check if everything is ok, he was kind of angry to us🙄. After 30 minutes or so we still couldn’t smoke our hookah (our main reason for visiting this place was to smoke hookah) so we asked waiter to check and he said he will change something and left. 10 minutes no one is coming. We again asked some waiter to check out hookah no one is coming again... I and my bf were upset as this place and hookah is not cheap and we still can’t get nothing from of it. So I asked to talk to their manager and he said he will change our hookah, which was nice from his side, but still it was already late and we again waited to our new hookah for 15 minutes. New hookah was better than previous one but not the best hookah we have tried. I don’t know why this is happened to us, maybe we don’t know how to smoke turkish hookah maybe their hookah was actually bad. In total we have paid 103$ (770tl) for two meal one salad drink and one hookah, which I think little...

Never comes across such rude service and waters in a place that was supposed to be a memorable experiences.

The management tried to help with but looks like the waters are in charge and behave like they are street vendors and gangsters.

As we were celebrating our anniversary we did ask to have a cake that they said they would put a candle and dip ite my request it was our annervasery they decided to sing happy birthday we laughed this off.

When we asked for change in shisha coal they made us waite around 10 minutes having to ask twice and than been told by the water that it was 3 minutes waite and we should be great full that they sang happy birthday to us. Repeated issue with waters we decided to leave not finishing our food or shisha we asked to speak to a manager as non could be seen. They waters ignored our request and hurried over the bill which we paid in full.

On way out we sow the management team and had to explain the hole situation to them. Been offered free next time visite isn't on our list as we had organised few places to visite and we were not looking for a free night out. Just wanted a normal services and has completely ruined our evening.

I would think twice before going to place with such rude waters and making you feel that they run the place

If I could give a minus this place would be on top off my list as wasted my hope evening and made our special night been remembered for the wrong...

Everyone is here for the view. It's a mad rush, and everyone wants a table rite by the edge of the rooftop seating. A single table difference from the edge was enough to change people's experiences. It's kind of sad, actually, and that the entire atmosphere curated by the venue is lost on the majority of patrons. That being said, the staff are nice and very accommodating. Drinks were okay, and the food menu is western favorites and sushi. It's not my personal choice when coming to a different country. We were here for shisha and any view the restaurant could accommodate us, which we were grateful for. They were kind enough to even move us without us asking to one the better tables over looking thr Bosphorus. However, I was disappointed with the shisha. Hence, my 4 star rating. The quality was not good. We ordered the standard setup with Dubai mix flavour. The smoke was not clean and fresh. The bowl felt it either was not clean properly and water in the base was not cold. We then ordered their premium selection with ice and light up hookah. Which I thought might be better. However, it was still not good. There is too much ice and not enough water for the smoke to perculate. Within 15 min, we had to ask for assistance to clean out the smoke and re-arrange the coals.
