Burger King - Beyazıt Kapalıçarşı — Restaurant in Fatih

The food was okay ( tasted it the time before this visit ), but I wasn't able to get any this time, three stars for the tasty food I ate since I came to Turkey.

Furthermore, for the atmosphere, the restaurant floors were a little dirty ( not the kind of thing you want to see in a restaurant ) they should be cleaned up well if you want to eat clean food!

Lastly, for the service, staff were rude and racist not what i was expecting to experience as a resident, never going to that branch again.

That is not the only branch with racist employees, tho.. even taksim branches have some, and the 212 avm branch is the worst among all, I had my order given wrong, and when I confronted the server, she neglected me and started lying, I asked to fix my order without even touching I from the counter and the employees never accepted I asked for the manager when he came he took the idea from the server that we were lying and didn't accept to fix it or even refund me ( the food was still on the counter untouched ), I ended up taking my order with an upgraded fries as ordered ( but she never wrote it in the order, and that's not the incorrect thing in the order the whole meal is wrong ) after getting assaulted by the manager and the employees and getting some eyes rolled on my sister and I.

++ a hack for whoever wants to order delivery from any restaurant and want it hot as served, get an ice cream with your order 😉

The food was very bad, staffs very unhelpful. None of them can speak English, including the manager. Was with family member elderly and children's, requested if they can take the food to our table, they refused they say it’s self service, but they don’t have self service tills and there was about 8-10 staffs behind the counter. When I requested to speak to the manager all staffs member come to the front with the manager, they made me feel very intimidated. No one offered to help with anything, requested if they can allow me to make a call or text my taxi driver to collect me from This Burger King branch because I lost my taxi driver and didn’t have a Local turkey SIM to call driver.

I went their in the first place assumed they will have Wi-Fi and nice food. Nothing was good about this store. Very unclean and left over food everywhere in the tables and chairs away from tables, I had to clean up the chair and table myself and then use it. I think all the staffs need to learn basic English but more importantly attend a customer service training and learn basic manners and etiquettes.

Will never be going to that branch again, you ruined my day and my holiday! Will not advise anyone to go into this filthy shop.

You take no responsibility whatsoever ever, you’ve noticed someone also jumped the que in front of me, you left me arguing to them on my own and did not intervene. FYI: I will also be writing to Burger King head office about my experience...

Things started of well until we realised we had been waiting a long time for the order. My husband went over to the counter to check as a meal had been sitting there for 2 minutes. We showed the coupon and she said no.

Ten further minutes went by and no food despite others who had come in after us had been served.

Turns out our meal had been there the whole time but because they had got the drinks order wrong they said it wasn't ours.

They the changed the drink and tried to give us the food cold. We said no you need to remake it. She seemed un interested and then gave it back to her colleague who stuck it in the microwave.

Luckily she stopped him and said no remake the order. 20 minutes after ordering we had the food but to be honest the chips were good! The chicken Royale was bland and not very good.
