Salut is a true gem for anyone looking to enjoy healthy and delicious food in a relaxed setting. After a long search for a light meal, we stumbled upon Salut by chance – and it was a real stroke of luck! The food was excellent, especially the falafel and hummus, which were simply delicious. The homemade lemonades and iced teas were also a highlight and incredibly refreshing.

The location right by the sea, at the Sahil, makes Salut the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Anyone looking for healthy and tasty options should definitely visit Salut!

Das Salut ist ein wahres Juwel für alle, die gesundes und leckeres Essen in einer entspannten Umgebung genießen möchten. Nach langer Suche nach einer leichten Mahlzeit sind wir zufällig auf das Salut gestoßen – und das war ein echter Glücksfall! Das Essen war hervorragend, besonders die Falafel und der Hummus, die einfach köstlich waren. Die selbstgemachten Limonaden und Eistees waren ebenfalls ein Highlight und unglaublich erfrischend.

Die Lage direkt am Meer, am Sahil, macht das Salut zu einem perfekten Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Aussicht zu genießen. We came back twice! This place is so so good, don’t bother with the overpriced sea front restaurants and head straight to SALUT for an amazing authentic experience. The kebab wraps are delicious, juicy and the meat seasoned beautifully, the humus was the best we had in Turkey and the chefs really care for the presentation of the food. It’s super well priced and incredibly satisfying. Wish we had them back Home....

For a reasonably priced , street food category in central Fethiye, I was very impressed. For what you eat in terms of taste, presentation, portion and cleanliness, Salut is a great choice.
