Ich war schon oft hier essen, das Essen war immer gut und preiswert. Heute jedoch wurde mein Besuch völlig ruiniert: Ich bestellte ein Wasser und ein Chicken-Pide. Stattdessen bekam ich einen Ayran, den ich reklamiert habe. Kurz darauf wurde mir ein Cheese-Pide serviert. Ich erklärte, dass ich eigentlich Chicken-Pide bestellt hatte, aber das Cheese-Pide trotzdem essen würde. Der Mitarbeiter begann daraufhin unnötig zu diskutieren und behauptete, ich hätte Käse bestellt. Trotz meiner klaren Aussage ging die Diskussion weiter, sodass ich das Restaurant schließlich verließ. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ist völlig inakzeptabel. Sehr enttäuschend.

I have eaten here many times before, and the food was always good and reasonably priced. Today, however, my visit was completely ruined: I ordered a water and a chicken pide. Instead, I was served an ayran, which I pointed out. Shortly after, I received a cheese pide. I explained that I had actually ordered chicken pide but would eat the cheese pide anyway. You don’t come here for fancy but you come for quick service and hot delicious food.

The side veggies to add to the Lahmacun weee great and it was super crispy. If you need more veggies they did charge us but it’s a super quick and affordable meal right before you hit all of the more expensive spots. We paid 60 lira at the time of this post...

Stay away! Overcharged us because we were tourists. Only now have I realised after leaving and looking at the menu prices which I have taken a photo of. Dishonest!!
