I regretted visiting this place. Don't go here if you want overpriced, bad food, and poor service. My boyfriend and I had dinner here recently. I ordered grilled fish, and not only did we wait a long time for our food, but when I started eating, I realized the fish was raw and bloody! That's unacceptable. My boyfriend ordered chicken, and it was way too salty and overcooked. This place charges above-average prices compared to similar places in Kaş.
The waiter (we didn't catch his name, but he spoke a bit of Russian) was pushy. We asked about juice and lemonade, but he kept interrupting and suggesting wine or beer, even though we weren't planning to drink alcohol. We also asked if their lemonade was homemade, and he said it was 50/50, which was a lie. We later saw store-bought lemonade in their fridge. It was also unpleasant when we had our own water with us because it was really hot outside and we had been walking a lot. As soon as we sat down and put the water on our table, the same waiter rushed over and asked us to remove it because it's not allowed there... They're trying to act like some high-end restaurant, but they're definitely not. And the toilets were in terrible...

The setting - We were grateful to the manager for being able to squeeze us in on a table right by the lake. The view is incredible and watching the sun go down... It cannot be beaten - would highly reccomend if you're looking just for a romantic setting.
The food - its average and overpriced. Arguably the worst food we've had all week. I don't understand how the reviews of the food have been given 5* with the comments 'incredible'. The food is dire. The prawns were overcooked beyond belief, the houmous tasted tinned, their feta dip was basically pesto with feta mixed in? The bread they used tasted like a frozen factory made 'bake in the oven' baguette. Which, by European standards is considered low quality. Given that other Turkish restaurants offer an incredibly high standard of bread, which they make themselves - this was hugely disappointing.
Reservations reccomended if you want to sit on the ledge, otherwise you will be...
Read moreWe had a lovely dinner at Nazende. Although they were fully booked, they managed to squeeze us in and we sat at a table with a fantastic view of the harbour. The garden is lovely with olive trees and fairy lights and feels very intimate as it wraps around the back of the owner's carpet shop. There didn't seem to be a bad table! The restaurant is just off the street, so away from the crowds but you can observe everything going on in the harbour from within the buzz of the garden.
Mezes were great and there's an extensive menu. Service was prompt and friendly. It's a real family affair, as the owner, his brother and son were all working on the night. We felt really well looked after - especially when they found out as we were leaving that it was my birthday, and ushered us straight back to the table for a delicious lemon cheesecake and a restaurant chorus of 'happy birthday'!
