We went here because it is famous for Kokorec. It was just something we thought we should try once in Turkey.
There was a 'food tour' group at the next table, so I guess it is a good place to try Kokorec.
To get the full experience, we opted for the full slices rather than the minced version or the sandwich.
We both thought that Kokorec looks a lot better than it tastes, but of course, that is a matter of personal taste.
Aside from that, I just felt that €11 for 3 thin slices of sausage, which is made from intestines, is pretty high in a city where a typical waiter makes maybe 180 TL an hour.
I don't regret ordering and trying it, but I felt it is absurdly over-priced.

We had the Tavuk Şiş and a couple of 0.5L Efes! What a delicious meal.
The staff are very friendly and attentive.
I think I might be letting out a little know secret ... there is a rooftop dining area that has beautiful views of the street and of the nearby water.
