Read moreAs a bubble tea lover coming from Tashkent, can safely say that monster teashop is Turkeys best one,
The customization options are spectacular and quite detailed from the sugar and ice levels,to the toppings and till the milk options ,which is something quite nice for people that have struggles digesting whole milk like me.
The drinks are very high quality and you can taste the authentic aromas, However the only small issue I personally noticed are the matchas, As a strong matcha lover I have gave the matcha in monster tea shop several chances, from bland matcha to more different flavored ones such as mango. However despite my efforts, I always manage to get disappointed, due to the matcha not properly dissolving or tasting very bitter. Anyways that's my take on the matchas however their other bobas are spectacular, I can recommend the taro bubble tea the most.
All in all, great boba shop, beautiful culturally accurate environment and drinks and the employes are mostly very friendly and...
Read moreIt is a quite disappointing experience from Asian perspective. They managed to mess up my order despite me asking the waitress to repeat my order. I was expecting a cold chocolate drink but I received a rather warm drink with no ice. The tapioca pearl is authentic with distinct brown sugar taste but other than than, it is quite average.
Out of all 3 drinks I ordered for my friends, only the ordinary milk tea taste okay. I suggest you to avoid the blue pea and chocolate drink. My Turkish friend described the chocolate drink as quite similar to nesquik or fake cocoa. My Thai friend said the blue pea is horrible. And I am here getting all secondhand embarassment from listening to their comment.
It is safe to say, I am not coming here as it is not worth paying double for unpleasant taste of bubble tea compared to what I can easily get in Asian countries with much better experience.
My kind suggestion for the shop owner, you might really need to step up with the drink recipe, ingredient and...
