ForchettaPlus italian pasta taze makarna — Restaurant in Kadıköy

I love pasta. I cook a mean pasta myself, I tried the best pasta in Italy, France, Dubai, New York… But this one… Oh boy :) It beats any and all pasta I’ve ever had. I absolutely love the special scampi pasta, it’s always incredibly well done and delicious! I bring all my friends to Forchetta and they love it just as much. One of them almost cried when she saw the bottom of her plate because (and I quote) “I don’t want it to end” 😂 It’s a very generous portion with a good amount of shrimp, not just 2-3 little itty bitty shrimps. So I’d say the price tag is more than justified. And it’s so fast! Even with a group of 4 we never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The chef is incredibly kind and welcoming and always makes sure the guests have an awesome experience! The self-service is easy and lets you set up and finish up at your own pace. I would highly recommend Forchetta to everyone and especially the shrimp scampi special 🙏🏻 Thank you for the amazing pasta, chef! So delicious! We are travelling Istanbul from Australia and were walking along the water in Moda and both had a craving for pasta. We searched google and found this place and decided to go. Ot was quite when we arrived but we trusted the previous reviews and we’re glad we did. The pasta was so yum and flavourful and hit the exact spot that we were looking for. Would certainly recommend. We had the Chicken Alfredo and the Rosa el Carn, both were super delicious and the Chicken Alfredo was especially yum. The staff were also super warm, welcoming and friendly to us (2 brothers and a sister who run it) 10/10...

We had dinner in this place and it was amazing. This is by far the best pasta I ate in Turkey. I got a special with shrimp that will be in the menu soon, it was great. I also tried other plates that my friends got and those were also really good. The chef cooks in front of you. They only a have a couple of pasta dishes that they are perfect at, and that’s it.
