this place does not serve typical/traditional turkish food with inflated price (which is usually common for tourist area).
food seems like modern style (still based on turkish ingredients and sources). been in turkey for 1month and been eating traditional/lokantasi/restaurant/ popular fast food chain, and home-cooking food(staying with local family for 1 week).so it's really nice to experience something different.
i find price and dish are compatible (considering this is in upscale restaurant and the flavor gives wow factor). quick service. friendly & attentive worker.

Read moreA brand new restaurant which is serving traditional Turkish food. The waiting staff here are very friendly and English speakers won’t struggle. The cost of main courses varies from around 600-900 TL which is more than fair for the quality and the size of the portions. A wide variety of dishes, suitable for all palettes.
We also had breakfast the following morning which was a wide variety of traditional Turkish breakfast items in a mezze style, all automatically brought to the table with your choice of eggs.
Finally the cocktail bar upstairs is the perfect way to end your meal. The kind and attentive staff there make the evening a smooth and relaxing as possible. The perfect way to end a day of walking after a good meal!

Read moreStunning view from a beautiful hotel terrace. The food was amazing. I suggest the lamb loin as it was better than lamb chop. The bread is made fresh. The food comes in a teti - which is a dome of puffy bread which they cut open to reveal the fragrant meat inside! The food was a pleasant addition to my wonderful Cappadocia experience.
Side note: if you are thinking of staying in the hotel, their rooms, hotel and receptionist were all amazing as well! Unfortunately the roof top bar is closed on Sunday so I could not...
