I recently dined at Cafe Javes and was thoroughly impressed by both their delicious halal food and exceptional customer service. This restaurant truly understands what it means to provide a memorable dining experience.

The variety of halal options available was amazing, with each dish delivering superb taste. Every item we ordered exceeded our expectations, showcasing the kitchen's attention to quality and flavor.

What really sets this cafe apart is their incredible customer service.

Initially, we didn't get the balcony seat we hoped for. However, before we even placed our order, one of the staff members thoughtfully moved us to a balcony table, which made our dining experience so much better.

They have attention to Detail, When we ordered drinks, they prepared them exactly as requested - even remembering the specific amount of ice we asked for. This level of attention to customer preferences is remarkable.

We had ordered rice instead of fries with our meal, but they accidentally brought fries. The fries were actually delicious, so we didn't mind at all. Our server immediately offered to change it, but we were happy with what we received. What happened next was truly impressive - after a few minutes, they brought out the rice we originally ordered free of charge, acknowledging their mistake and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted.

Cafe Javas is an excellent place to go for all your food needs. I like the fact that they have revamped their menu especially the variety of drinks to select from. One concern though. Previously, when you ordered a full meal, all the extra condiments that came with the meal were added to it at NO extra charge. I recently ate at the Kira Rd. branch and I was literally charged for any extra thing that came with the meal. I was charged the side sauce, the small salsa yet the meal stated all these were part of the meal. The Caribbean jerk chicken is an example of what I ordered. Additionally CJ waiters, waitresses and management, please take the extra step to inform customers of the extra price charges of any offerings you suggest. For example the masala chips option, the mushroom sauce, the avocado slices and adding things like ginger in the different drinks. Some people don’t read the menu exclusively.

I was very disappointed . Brought in a friend who i wanted to enjoy iftar at the venue , we arrived 30 minutes earlier. Went in reserved our table with the supervisor who was a dark medium short lady by myself only to find the table given out . She instead let us sit without doing anything .as we were heading out a gentle man called us and offered us a table. That was so nice of him and I really appreciate that. A lady came took our order and we thought it was punched only after 15 minutes our server racheal comes in to take the order again. By this time my Muslim friend hadn't broke his fast this was like minutes 😳 so absurd cafe javas .
