Eye rolling rude waitress and mediocre food

My husband and I went to this restaurant a week ago. We ordered one vegetarian and one non vegetarian noodle soup and wanted to order gyozas for both of us. It was 8 pieces so I thought they would make it half and half. When I asked the waitress named Анна, if she could make half of them vegetarian she just said “no”. No explanation, no “sorry” to soften the impact of her firm “no”.

We ordered two bottled beers. One of them came warm and the other one hadn’t been to the fridge. She opened them without us noticing that they were not cold. We said ok to the warm one but the other one was seriously like cat piss. I noticed with the first sip and asked the waitress to please bring me a new one. If it was a different beer but cold it was ok. She asked me if I drank this beer. I said of course how else would I know? She rolled her eyes and took the beer and came back in ten minutes with the same beer and told me that if I wanted she could put a tap and put the beer in the fridge. This is like one of the best things I have heard in my life. You think this would sound absurd to all the people in the world but apparently this girl Анна thought it was a wonderful solution. I had to explain how this beer wouldn’t be cold in such a short time and sitting around like that would make the gas go away. She was acting like she was the boss and she had to pay for the beer. She discussed about this a lot and her attitude and tone were extremely rude.

She brought me a slightly colder beer at the end and a very salty noodle soup. When she asked us how we liked the food I said the soup is very salty. Without hesitation Анна said “maybe it’s you”. (That’s when I thought maybe she put in it half a bottle of soy sauce because the color was pretty dark)

I have been to over 30 countries and never have I met such a unique character. Either Анна hates her job or she has a mental problem.

To sum up I don’t recommend this restaurant, the food is not good enough to put up with this...

One of the best Ramen soups I had in Kiev and Moscow. The strong tonkotsu broth they use here was almost like one used in real Japanese places. But if you ask me , it was still a bit far from being ideal - not that creamy and thick enough. But I was too happy to find the first properly cooked soft-boiled egg.

Also, it was a bit disappointing they didn't have menma even as an extra option - is it that hard to get in Ukraine?

Japanese rolls on the other hand weren't that great - a tasteless salmon and the soy sauce...

АПДЕЙТ: на следующий день с нами по телефону связалась администраторка, спросила о самочувствии, сообщила о том, что проблемы на кухне исправлены, а виновные наказаны. Предложила угостить нас ужином. Мы решили заказать доставку домой. Еда была вкусная и хорошо приготовленная в этот раз. Надеемся, что впредь будет вкусно и стабильно в этом заведении!

Вопиющая халатность и безответственность! Зашла с парнем на обед. Взяли два XL рамена: один овощной на кокосовом молоке и второй с телятиной. Овощной рамен был как обычно хороший, но рамен с телятиной имел странный запах, даже неприятный. Официант, после похода на кухню, уведомил нас, что у них новый повар и мясо было неправильно приготовлено, не по рецепту, уверяя, что с продуктами все хорошо. После того, как мы попросили позвать администратора, чтобы задать вопрос почему заведение выдаёт неправильно приготовленные блюда и зафиксировать, что мы вернемся в случае отравления, нам сказали, что администратора нет на месте и предложили нам не включать мясной рамен в чек. Мы попросили предоставить нам книгу жалоб. В ответ нам выдали заполненную книгу жалоб, где уже нет места оставлять отзыв, сказали, что другой книги у них нет и предложили в конце концов вообще ни за что не платить. Выглядело это все как попытка уйти от ответсвенности и не оставлять следов. Мы настойчиво попросили чек, оплатили все позиции и оставили отзыв на обложке книги жалоб. Надеюсь, с нашим жкт все будет хорошо. После такого отношения к качеству сервиса не остаётся никакого желания посещать это заведение, хотя всегда было вкусно и...
