While being one of the best cities in the world, the reception manager of this hotel did anything he could in order to make a client angry and annoyed. It seemed as if he actually enjoy killing the reputation of the place by himself, one stupid decision after another - not only he declined any flexibility following a last minute cancel due to COVID eruption in the country (which has prevented any international travel), but he was also very rude along the process. I run a media agency and host many events in the CIS.... Their loss.
Following the reply from the hotel: far from accurate; Ukraine has entered Europe;s DARK RED list the day after my booking; I had to cancel as otherwise I couldn't have continued my following stops on my buisenss trip. The least you could have done is allow me to postpone my stay, as I am going to return to Kiev again - many further times in the future. YOU took a decision to rip me of the payment now, without thinking of the future, so portraying a false image now as if this wasn't the truth is just a story you can keep telling to yourself, but you will find hard to locate any believers in this made up tale.
You want to prove me wrong? Invite me for half the nights I have already paid for, and try to correct the bad impression; as said, I will visit this amazing city, quite frequently, so there's your...
Read moreThis should be a 5 star hotel, BUT and there is a big BUT, the staff told me that the air-conditioning would be fixed in my room ( was 25,5 degrees) and when I came back it wasn't fixed, my room was warm and I have to open the door to the street so the noise, traffic all night made me sleep really bad also it god cold and I had to close the door and then it's was to hot again, omg, I have been to 3 star hotel that's better than this. When I told the receptionist about the problem he told me that the 3 persons who worked yesterday was not educated in to this. I can not and will not accept this kind of behavior from a staff in a five star hotel. Management should take care of this, but I would say that you should avoid this place, there are better 5 star and 4 star Hotel in Kiev. Also there were carts in the hallway for long time just standing there with old food on it. The spa was good and the food was overpriced but nice. Breakfast also good but the sleep or the LACK of sleep and the LACK of professionals around it makes this place a one star place and...
Read moreI had no experience with staying at Premier Palace, because I booked the room for my family, but without me. Their feedback was quite emotional, but I believe it was subjective. They express their truly positive impression just with everything, e.g. personnel response and mutual relations, with reception and hotel transfer service, with food quality and cleanliness, with internal like furniture and common equipment, with external look and with view from room. They were very happy with location of the hotel, as it’s not just a heard of the capital, but it’s also very convenient transportation hub , so you can easily reach any part of the city. The hotel is suitable for people adopted for comfort provided by real 5*, and having more or less realistic incomes. I hope to visit Premier Palace, while I’m in capital of Ukraine and not just assess it, but to enjoy. I can't help but thank the room reservations department for fulfilling my request for a late check out, it...
