First visit Sat outside waitress not interested looked like we were a nuisance for asking to be served, asking for an English menu and asking for the bill. RUDE.

Second visit sat inside waitress was better... but forgot our french fries off the order and sent another waitress to tell us..... our onion rings came out 25 minutes before our mains and then sat waiting for the french fries that didn’t exist.... They brought me an orange juice with water. The manager came to argue that she would show me a camera recording, which they don't have. Herring is served with out bread. They forgot my salat. My potato had some warm hole in it. They didn't warn us that the mackerel would take around 40 mins to prepare, my friend got nervous, because she had a train soon. Special with meat was sooo lame. Total disappointment in service and food and management. Not recommended. Lviv can do better
