Read moreRempah is one of our favorite restaurants whenever i miss Indonesian food. Their food flavors are really authentic and they’re always using the best ingredients. Some of my concerns from my last visit was Bala bala was super oily and almost inedible. I told the service about it and they just simply said “this is how is it. Well im a chef myself and i cook bala bala all the times and i can tell that baba bala they serve me was cooked in not so hot oil and the mixture was lack of flour and binders. I asked it for takeaway and when i open it at home, the takeaway box was full of oil and dripping wet The floor of the restaurant was really slippery that day and feel like they mop the floor with oily mops. One of the waiter was serving us while chewing a chewing gums. Well i don’t think its professional to talk to the customers while eating a chewing gums. Overall food was amazing that day including Ayam penyet, Ayam bakar and 2 of the martabak we ordered as take away, except for the bala bala. I hope you can have a look into your bala bala recipe & production again, cause for 3 pcs of bala bala at 19 dirhams of price, we expect the best bala...
