Dear Tryp Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with an incident that occurred at your top-floor bar the day before yesterday. As a regular guest, I have always appreciated the hotel's atmosphere, which is why this experience was so concerning.

I was refused entry by the security guard on duty, a gentleman named Arshu from South Africa. His manner was exceptionally and the reason given appeared to be that I was wearing a cross. This type of discriminatory treatment is unacceptable and stands in stark contrast to the service I received previously from your other guard, Donal, who is always cool, professional, and understands true guest relations.

Working in fine dining myself, I would never treat a guest in such a manner, and I am saddened to receive it as a loyal patron. This experience has unfortunately made me reconsider the Tryp Hotel as my regular spot.

I hope you will address this to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism...

Been a regular customer for along time in this place and everything has been so memorable until yesterday I had a bad experience with the team, first we made a reservation for our birthday celebration and we were told the minimum spend plus the regulations we had to follow,we request for the birthday song to be played for us while cutting cake which the dj Yan refused and we approached several staff including the manager Mr.Nalin who also was giving unconvincing responses thus making us so pissed and disappointed and ruin our moments.,the manager and dj continued to hide from us and changing the attitude towards our group which in the end I felt like RACISM at its highest The food as well we ordered several dishes but all cold and not tasty at all.

Very disappointed and never to come back in...
