The hotel i suppose to stay is in LA RESIDENCE, but i got mistake in the date i book thats why the can't found my name in the list. They cant also find any vacant room that night because they are fully book first week end of the month. So i have to find a hotel near the place until i found AL AIN PALACE HOTEL. The place is not that big as i am expecting. the room is clean but it is normal room size. they have until 2nd floor storey. During my stay, i invited my friends to visit me. not to sleep over but to stay for a while and eat dinner and talk. I informed the reception that i have friends to come and visit me. When my 3 friends came, the reception and the manager wont allow them to come in and says only 2 person is allowed to go inside. I feel disappointed. Then i explained that my friends are ladies and no man at all. we just want to eat and talk for a while and they will leave after 1-2hrs. Well manager says only 2 person is allowed and will let them in but she one can only stay for only 30mins. "what the fudge! seriously?" Maybe sleep over is not allowed but visiting is unbelievable! What makes me get very disappointed, when this one lady Filipina is not allowing my one friend to come in because she don't have contact number. I ask the lady receptionist, why she is nit allowing my friend to come in while she leave her emirates id with you already. the lady receptionist explained that CID needs the contact #. "what?! seriously?" i think emirates id is enough for that, besides they ARE MY VISITORS, and i have my contact number with you already. My friend lost her phone and i only speak with her in his husband mobile. well honestly the hotel is not big to be very strict compared to other hotel i checked in. I'd been in Hotel park rotana, Radisson blu, Yas Vi and other hotels, and they let friends to come in. it's very ashamed in my part that i invited them to visit me and they are like this. one more thing, Upon my friends going to leave, they twice forgot to give their emirates id. i feel very disappointed and sorry for my friends. well i understand the rules and regulations of each hotels and i respect that. but as long as i am following your policies and not breaking any rules, you should be flexible. One little more, upon checking in around 8pm, i ask the reception if i can do late check out, and he agreed to check out until 1pm. but when i go to swim and go back to my room around 12:15pm, my room card is no longer working. my things are inside and i can't come in, thankfully the house keeper are around and ask to open the door so i can change and fix my things. Well i hope they will fix this problems so customers will encourage to come in your hotel. So far, i still enjoyed staying there... they have sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, Plunge pool, gym, tennis court and has access in the pool of Le Meridien. they also have Disco and bars. It is good place to Hang out but Not a friendly hotel. How can people encourage to stay if it is like this. .I HOPE MY REVIEWS HELP YOU. PLS DON'T FORGET TO CLICK LIKE OR HELPFUL .you can also contact me for more details you want about the place...

I think i will have to give it a second thought to book a room here again.

I dont know how is it called 4 star hotel? The room quality is like 3 star or below.

The biggest problem in the hotel is the smell. The central AC will bring the bad smell from other rooms to your room. For example if somebody is smoking in his room the AC will bring the smell to your room. I also smelled a very bad smell from the AC probaly coming from somebody elses washroom.

Not a quite hotel at all. You can hear the people clearly who are walking down or talking to each other down. You can also here any ody walking at the corridor. My sleep was interrupted many times by their noise.

Also you can hear loud music from the bars.

There is no grocery/supermarket around. So you have to walk other block by crossing the roads to buy a water bottle or basic things.

Its an old hotel of 70's, so for 2024 its pretty outdated and old fashioned and room interior is also very ordinary. I did not get the hotel vibes from the room. I didnt like the old vibes of their rooms. Some beds matresses has become old and soft, I personally prefer new and harder matresses.

Water pressure is low. It would be nice to get the water pressure high.

No bath tub. Very small washroom.

Rooms are also small in size.

You will pay for every hour you park car there. No free parking or valet parking. But there are plenty of Mawaqif paid parkings outside the hotel, day time little difficult to find parking due to ADNOC office, evening and night its quite empty. Do not park at Residential though.

The securities at the hotel gate are very grumpy. Would be nice to have a security guard that smiles or welcomes the guests.

Clean hotel in and out but the room is having a weird smell.

Service is good here.

Some rooms AC cooling was at the peak. Very helpful during the summer of UAE but some rooms AC cooling was very slow and needed immediate maintenance so i had to waste an hour waiting for the AC maintenance.

Front desk, Concierge and housekeeping staff were very welcoming, helpful and cooperating.

They have several restaurants at the hotel with really good price. Not charging a bomb at all specially the Indian restaurant called Nalekettu was cheap.

The gym is superb, probably one of the best gyms with, sauna, steam, ice bath, jacuzzi and squash.

Swimming pool area is great too which is shared with Royal Meridien Hotel.

The room i got had a door which connects to another room. Due to this i could always hear what the other room guests are talking. Was pretty noisy and uncomfortable but when i raised the complaint i was shifted to a...

Unsurprisingly had my worst experience in a hotel special thanks to Al Ain Palace hotel. Honestly I understand their company policies and respect the tourism policies in Abu Dhabi but the way Al Ain Palace service crew handled my situation is truly infuriating.

We celebrated my mom's birthday near this hotel so we decided to get a suite just in case she didn't have the energy to drive home to our house. At first we spoke to the management and asked if we can bring food in since we have a room there why not invite our friends in. We were very transparent that we would have people visiting the room only to eat and leave, at first they agreed, I ordered a thousand dirhams worth of food for her friends to be delivered at the hotel by 6PM. At 5PM they informed us that food is not allowed to be brought in. I tried to cancel my order but it was too late since the order is on its way I called the hotel and asked if it would be better if the people can come to the room get their portion of the food and leave they will not eat and stay for more than 10 mins in the room. They agreed. They let us bring it up to the room but when it was time for our friends to come up, the shift on personnel at the receptionist has ended so we got a different receptionist. They wouldn't let anyone up and said it was not allowed. No one helped us even considered that initially everything was fine and everyone keeps retracting their word. The expensive food I have ordered got spoiled. No one could go to the room and no one took home their portion of the food the food was not touched.

The worst part about this whole thing is they agree and verbally confirm that everything is fine. Once we've paid for the room suddenly everything is not allowed. I felt robbed of the room fees and the food I paid for that was for our guests. All the staff had different policies, the receptionist we spoke to should have handed over the information to the next receptionist. This is really worst that what I had expected from this hotel. If there were zero rating that is what I would give. UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Wasted my money, wasted the food supplier's efforts and my guest's time and effort. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself...

The Al ain palace is one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi along with the le Méridien and the Sheraton. Unfortunately, this is evident. While the swimming pool is a highlight, this is shared with the neighbouring Le Royal Meridien, so it was a case of chase the sun bed. As they are serving the too hotel, they could really do with a more sun beds. The plumbing is old so this can make some of the rooms a bit smelly, be sure to ask for a room at the back of the hotel as these are a bit more spacious. Our first night we were put on the smoking floor above the restaurant and did not have a comfortable night, however the staff are one of the best features of the Al ain palace. They were accommodating and helpful, moving us to a nicer room on a non smoking floor. The beds were hard, and while some people may not have a problem with that, I personally am in need of a soft bed for a decent nights sleep. Overall, the staff are holding the Al ain palace together. It is nice returning for a trip down memory lane, as I had visited over 30 years ago as a child, but it is in need of a bit of love and care to make the rooms more comfortable.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, considering the fact that the hotel is one of the firsts in the country. the location is second to none, with the pool being one of the biggest in the city. there are a lot of activities that can make anyone busy and numerous restaurants that are being shared by both the hotel and Le Royal Meridien. the health club is also decent and has a squash court. rooms are clean and carpets are maintained nicely at least for our room. The rooms I think if not the smallest, at least one of the smallest we've ever stayed at. a bit noisy at night as well. a shower that is really puny and sinks and fixtures that are dated and broken. check-in was also a bit terrible since we had to wait for an hour before we got our rooms. there was also no free parking around so make sure to be aware of the parking areas allowed to avoid fines. dinner was so-so and breakfast was a bit bland. nothing to say with the staff though who we encountered since everyone including the receptionist who made us wait for an hour was as hospitable and as respectful as possible.

Shops & Restaurants Nearby: • Walkable distance to Hamdan Street, filled with: • Cafes (Starbucks, local spots) • Supermarkets • Local eateries and shawarma stands • Some convenience stores are open 24/7. 3. Safety & Sidewalks: • Wide, clean sidewalks. • Street crossings are frequent and regulated. • Very well-lit at night with a strong police presence in the district. 4.
