I bought 1 laptop HP 1030 i7 x360 G2 Elitbook 1 year ago on 14/4/2024 and the quality hardware and software those are clean and working properly and also good price. VERY BAD service. UNPROFESSIONAL. NO respect for the time of customers.

I leave my laptop for repair (sunday-morning) and the staff told me they will call me by evening and it will be ready by Monday. 4 days has passed no feedback from them. No calls. No updates. They promised me my laptop will be ready by 12:00 noon and ready for pickup. Came evening, my laptop is not ready. Laptop not even in the shop.

Lost 4 days of work because of them. They could just tell they cannot fix the problem so i can go to another shop. But keeps me waiting for sooooo longggg. Very bad service!!!!! Not...

At First, I was having second thoughts as I have previous bad experiences with other shop here in AUH.
