I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Sanjay, Rahul, and Mohit, and I can confidently say that they are some of the most courteous and genuinely amazing individuals I have come across. In every interaction, they exhibited a level of professionalism, humility, and kindness that left a lasting impression.

First and foremost, their courteous nature stood out from the very beginning. Each of them has a respectful and thoughtful way of communicating that immediately puts others at ease. Whether it was a formal conversation or a casual exchange, they always listened attentively, spoke kindly, and made sure everyone felt heard and valued. In today's fast-paced world, this kind of genuine respect for others is both rare and refreshing.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding housekeeping service, and I want to take a moment to especially recognize Shahrukh for the fantastic job he did. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, Shahrukh’s professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my overall experience.

One of the most impressive things about Shahrukh was his willingness to go above and beyond, even during late-night hours. On one particular night, I had an urgent housekeeping request quite late, and I wasn’t expecting such a fast response at that hour. To my surprise, Shahrukh responded immediately and took care of everything with complete dedication and a smile on his face. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work, no matter the time of day.

His speed and efficiency were remarkable. In no time, the room was spotless, well-organized, and felt fresh and welcoming. He worked quietly and respectfully, ensuring that his presence never felt intrusive. He paid close attention to every detail — from properly arranging items, to making sure amenities were fully stocked, to thoroughly cleaning areas that others might overlook.

What truly stood out, though, was his professional attitude. Shahrukh always greeted with a warm and courteous manner, and it was evident that he values the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Every time he cleaned the room, it felt like walking into a freshly prepared space for the first time — neat, inviting, and perfectly arranged.

I sincerely appreciate everything Shahrukh did during my stay and I want to commend him for his dedication, quick response time, and impeccable service, especially during late-night hours when most people would hesitate. He deserves every bit of recognition for the excellent work he does.

I was contemplating so much whether I should write this review or not, but it has come to a point where its only getting worse. I'm still a resident at the hotel and my booking is for more than 10 days. From the start my experience at the hotel has been really disappointing. Starting from breakfast, for 4 days in a row, it has been the worst breakfast spread ever! I got raw eggs one day. next day, I asked for plain steam rice and instead I got a rice with vinegar, and the worst part is, I'm allergic to vinegar. Every day you get a mixed vegetable rice full of oil. How can you have that for breakfast? One morning there was French toast, I was excited to atleast eat that, but it was hard as rock and was burnt :-( Absolutely horrible! The next day I tried the dish "Upma" It was so sour that it gave a spoilt taste. I left the whole thing on my plate. One Sri Lankan Chef kept preparing me a well-done omelet from that day onwards which was the only thing I actually ate well because the rest of the spread was just not edible. But the girls who work in the garden restaurant are nice so hence to be polite I wrote a review on behalf of one staff. But the food and the experience so far has been absolutely bizzar. Not to mention the gym facility. I use the gym atleast 4 times a week, and each day I complain about the AC, you cant even think of working out inside due to the heat. The Gym Instructors are never to be seen around, the gym managers office is always closed. there is no one that can be held accountable and customers are stranded with no one to talk to or ask help. the Gym reception is handled by the ladies in the SPA, I mean come on!!!!!! where is the gym instructor? The GI should be ideally handling the AC and the comfort levels of the customers who are using the facility. But he is never around!!Its frustrating. Tissue boxes are left empty and we are dripping in sweat and no one to ask for help because no one around. How can you call your selves a 5 star hotel when the basic facilities aren't met? How difficult is it to give better quality food? and have AC in areas like the gym? I stayed in Copthorne downtown for 2 weeks before and trust me, though they are smaller than this hotel, their staff to service to food was top notch! I expected so much better from this place. I have more than 12 days for my stay to be over and I really dont know what to expect anymore! We pay so much and at the end of the day its not worth the...
