Their service quality is getting worse now adays ... may be they have too much loyal customers like me who don't even think of going to other restaurants even when they are not being treated well. I hope they would understand how to keep their customers happy and give priority to listening and operations of the the cooks. You aks them to not put somethjng in your food and they will make sure that you find it in one way or the other ... and there is no reason for that ... they can avoid it ... like for instance you ask them to make a plain egg sandwich without anything else. It took 35 mins to deliver my order to the next building of ur shop and my order was an egg sandwich, Francisco paratha and fresh milk tea
I had to call 3 times to ur cafe to remind them regarding my order and the guy who answered me at the last Mr Anas he didn’t even know what my order was and he is arguing with me in such a way as my order was just received

The person taking orders consistently messes things up, so what you receive is rarely what you asked for. The entire experience is frustrating and poorly managed.
