I had a truly wonderful Iftar experience at Al Shorfa Restaurant in Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi. The ambiance was beautifully set up, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for breaking fast. The food selection was diverse and delicious, with a great mix of traditional and contemporary dishes that catered to all tastes.

What made the evening even more special was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. A special mention goes to Dharmesh, who was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. His attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable.

This review is solely for the iftar that is being hosted at shorfa lounge. Usually shorfa lounge has a great food standard unfortunately I think because this is their first time hosting iftars they are falling short. Our hostess/waitress Saikaew was so welcoming, sweet and very helpful that despite highly disliking the food I stayed and finished my iftar. Without going into details some food was not warm, other foods dry, others overcooked. The lebanese/Syrian corner with the grape leaves, hummus etc was very good. The dessert was hit or miss some yummy some just bad. The manager Irbaz was very professional and tried to rectify the situation twice. I will return to shorfa for regular a la carte as I am used to that being on point and again Saikaew and Irbaz made sure that I would...
