Discovered Seven Dawgs with a pure luck when was out with friends for cycling shopping in Abu Dhabi - and what a good coincidence it was.

When it comes to food, I am a firm believer of trying everything, from a street food level to the fine-dining, because food is a living & evolving culture of countries. And on a casual day - I would only think of a delicious burger that could make me as happy as a delicious hotdog 🌭

Even though place was empty, staff was very motivated to welcome us and introduce their hotdogs, which I really appreciate. Soon after we ended up ordering 2 hotdogs each, The Architect and Captain Higgs on a recommendation, and very well done I must say !

The sausages were definitely above average but not the best, however when you consider the overall flavor, none of the ingredients were dominating the flavor and you could taste everything individually.

Fries were crisp with a nice cajun aroma as requested, and Jalapeño poppers - which is my favorite snack - was just good, I would have definitely preferred it with cheese filling though.

Could definitely be one of my casual spots when I am in Abu Dhabi - well...

We recently tried Seven Daws at Yas Mall and gave a few of their signature items a go: the Nomad Hotdog, Sawcey Meat Burger, Lime Burner Chicken Burger, Flings (breaded hotdogs), Bludawg drink, and fries.

Let’s start with the portions – they’re generous and satisfying. The fries, however, were just standard and served without any salt, which made them a bit bland. The Bludawg drink had a strong sour profile, which personally wasn’t to my taste. As for the Flings, they were okay – crispy but nothing particularly memorable.

The Nomad Hotdog left me a bit underwhelmed, as I felt it was missing layers of flavor. The Lime Burner Chicken Burger was fine, but again, quite average and didn’t really stand out.

Now to the highlight: the Sawcey Meat Burger. This one was genuinely delicious – the combination of spicy, sweet, and crunchy textures made it the star of our meal.
