So let me start by saying I love this place and it’s wonderful menu. My wife and I would almost always have had a meal from here weekly.
But…..
About 3 weeks ago we were there after our gym and we were very hungry and eagerly waiting for our order. While we were waiting my wife realized that the chef inside was using his are hands to move the burger from one plate to the other. I was a bit shocked but thought it was just a mistake , we are only human in the end and we can forget sometimes, but then the chef continued to work with his bare hands for a good 20 minutes while I’m monitoring from a far. Shocked, I call the waitress and show her the chef and his bare hands and tell her I no longer want my food as I’m not sure of the cleanliness of it.
In a time where viruses are plaguing the world , I would have assumed that food places would take extra care of the rules. I hope this was a one day thing but it had resulted in us having no faith In the food and as such never going to a place truly loved
To add to that the waitress understood and I insisted on paying for at least the drinks we had. She graciously told me that I don’t need to pay for anything and took my name and number so as to have management call me. 3 weeks later I still have no phone call
Last thing I wanted was to write a horrible review about a place , especially one I loved , but it is also my social duty to warn other people from these mistakes and to please be safe...

No one welcomed us, and at a request made 5mins after, we were seated. Knowing that it was busy, have ordered the coffee and took almost 15mins for coffee to be served upon our follow-up. When breakfast orders were taken by waitress, another 1hr to be waited patiently. And at the end - we decided to pay for coffees and leave because we lost our appetite at our first meal for the day. Waitress insisted that we stayed for minutes, and we decided to wait 5 more minutes. Order was served, the poached eggs with truffled mushrooms and an English-style breakfast. Did not feel like it was top-notch quality, and had no appetite anymore anyways. They advised that our coffees are complimentary, and I would not even pay for the coffees - but hey, I did not receive any service at all as well as my morning ruined, and I believe the action needed to be taken was completely different in this type of cases. Did not say any single word to the waitress, and quietly left the place knowingly that never and ever going back to Friends...

Long wait .. no one to receive you for a while ... someone finally took my info and said 35 mins wait ... like she didn't want me .. lol .. but we waited and when the waitress called me she was like hey you! Quite rude !! Fine... seemed busy so I understood. Took forever for someone to take the order! Acai bowl was good. The gluten free pancakes were definitively not kid frdly - taste wise Had requested water and had to ask again for the water and the glasses were smelling egg! They definitely don't have a good dishwasher, everyone is eating mostly eggs... so it's obvious d glass needs to be washed properly ! They didn't even have salt and pepper for each table ! Next table and we were litereally sharing. Even they were frustrated as the food was taking forever to come! Service was just pathetic overall! Live so closeby but not sure if I would go there again unless out of conveniance. Tables were too tight and close to each other ! Was literally just not enjoying the conversation of my other neighbor !! Not...
