Went yest for a business lunch upon choosing it for a classy place and found it way better than the pictures already posted so i took some closeups (attached). The theme is rosy classic french restaurant in downtown the whole place indoors and outdoors face the entire Burj Khalifa while sitting (minus its lowest part). The weather couldn’t have been better, cool and refreshing. There was not a single flaw that i could point to except not have the crumbs scooper (typical french tool unique but handy). Not a single request was turned down: bread and butter, more bread and butter, roasted almonds for our Camembert au Four entré, more sour dough bread (were crispy cubed on a rosemary twig), a glass of Kir Royale. Not a sigle stiff upper lip which people often say about the french. All what i saw and experienced was a flawless lunch absolutely. Everyone was pleased with their “les plats”, the two salmon dishes came in big beautiful glass plates with bubbles underneath, my Bœuf Rossini came with a different glass plate (must have different glass plates for different dish on the menu?). There was subtle pink things around, i took some closeups to show. La vie en rose is not just for clothes and women stuff but also for this restaurant. I picked it and was very pleased I did. Kudos to everyone involved with Le Rosé, a lunch to remember. I would go there...

When someone came she said "come out" and I was ignored after, she started helping another customer who arrived after us. 3. I booked a specific table/area the day before and was given a random table not in the area I booked. 4. The bread with Burrata was really hard and not fresh. 5. The steak frites is made like junk food / oily crisps. 6. It took 40 mins after we finished our starter to get our mains, restaurant was half empty, no one sat inside. 7. Waiter kept coming next to me to vape, yes vape! 8. After telling manager he offered a dessert and he personally chose one we didn't like and sent it to us. 9. Manager says at least you have a nice date. He made things worse as we came for the food. 10. Lady at the door didn't say anything as she stamped my valet, no thank you or good night. 11. They mixed up our steak orders. 12. Took them 10 mins to bring my change after paying the bill (they forgot).
This restaurant needs f&b training through out and the worst restaurant experience I've had being in dubai 10 years. I'm giving one star because one of their staff who appeared to be of south asian decent in a suit, helped to resolve matters...
Read moreSaturday brunch is extremely disappointing...very narrow selection of French/Mediterranean unauthentic cuisine...no menu list, no taste, no savour, no flavour...one tiny beef steak is cut in half at the table to accommodate two customers...hehehe....finished the main course and the wine glass did not arrived yet...however very poor one...with the subsequent orders, the cocktails are increasing in the ice amount and decreasing in the main ingredients...desserts, lower than supermarket regular cakes...the DJ generated music at the max decibels and no chance to have a conversation...very "excited" customers dancing on the ad-hoc dancing floor, in the very proximity to our table...the relatively small resto/dinning area was totally captured by the majority of only one expat nationals...electronic cigarettes smoking permitted (?) even for the staff...the received bill is closer to financial code, not according with the reality, including the total for one customer, but the waiter charged for two customers...surprise: bill ddition, ' discretionary' surcharge...only cheats and tricks ... definitely, no go and no...
