We walked into Frnds Grand Cafe on a Friday evening with nothing but good vibes and hungry stomachs. The place was already buzzing, live music in full swing, lights dimmed just right, chandeliers sparkling above velvet-red booths, and the kind of energy you feel the second you walk through the door. Sophisticated but not stiff. Elegant yet alive. We kicked off the night with their 3-course dinner and wow. Every bite was a bomb. Visited last night with some friends and just wow!!! If you're wanting a dining experience that combines elegance with a welcoming vibe, F.R.N.D.S is it. This place is pure class — From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of refined sophistication, yet it has the perfect cozy, intimate feel too.

The décor is a perfect blend of modern chic and understated luxury, making every well thought if detail feel like a page out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place where you are able to savor the moment, whether you’re enjoying a meal with friends or wanting to treat yourself, this is THE place!

The service was exceptional, with staff that go above and beyond to make the experience memorable. They’re attentive without being intrusive, ensuring every detail is just right. Each dish was crafted with care and the presentation… second to none. Disappointed and Do Not Recommend

We visited FRNDS near Dubai Mall with high expectations, but the experience was underwhelming and far from what the photos and ratings promised. Service: The atmosphere was noisy with children screaming nearby, which ruined the ambiance. We were also not allowed into the main hall — the one we came specifically for — because it was “not working.” If it’s not functional, why even advertise it? Food: We ordered the truffle omelette, but it arrived in an unpleasantly runny consistency, almost like a failed scramble. The taste was equally disappointing. As for the coffee, it was extremely bitter, almost as if it were cheap instant coffee — certainly not worth the price. Customer Care: No one even bothered to ask if we enjoyed our meal. Despite leaving most of the food untouched, no one asked why, which we found strange and unprofessional.

The prices are high, and we have no issue with that if the quality is up to standard, but here it definitely wasn’t. We’ve been to places with lower ratings in Dubai that provided a far better experience in terms of food, service, and overall atmosphere.
