Food wise the restaurant served up a great beef shish and their boneless grilled chicken was very good. We had one of their Turkish salads and it lacked a bit of spices and condiments. I added a bit of salt and pepper and it became tasty. Their pastrami hummus was good as well. I guess it was the Turkish version of hummus because the texture was more like polenta which I appreciated as it wasn’t the same hummus you’d get in most places. I had a shisha to close out the meal and to hang out with my girlfriend while she had a cappuccino. The shisha was ok, I’d have it again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to smoke there. Overall the place doesn’t have the warmth which CZN Burak as a chef has. The people in the reception seemed upset and not welcoming at all. I didn’t understand because the place wasn’t very busy as we came for late lunch around 430pm on a Sunday. I hoped they were at least a bit energetic or at a minimum to say “hello” when someone arrives at the restaurant. It was off putting and strange. We sat outside next to the sidewalk which was very nice especially in this type of weather. Around 6pm we requested for them to turn on the heat lamps and the one next to us seemed to be broken or out of gas. At first they didn’t care about fixing it, but later in the night they tried. At one point it got colder so we had to leave even though we wanted to be outside for a bit longer. I think the managers floating around were trying to be nice and accommodating, however, some of the staff, and servers who were actually operating the floor were not trying very hard to represent the brand and the communicate the value of the restaurant through their attitude. The location is great! I hope the whole service improves. I almost gave it 3 stars, but the experience was slightly above average.

It was a great dinner with close friends who came from UK for a vacation. We arrived past 8 dinner time.. The place was spacious, warm and cozy. We were greeted by a lady as we entered the restaurant. They have an outdoor dining area which we asked to have our dinner.. the weather is cooler this time so it was perfect.. plus the view was amazing. We ordered Lentil soup( light spices and well grounded soup) Hummus (Fresh, creamy, my fave so far perfect pair with their pita bread) Moutabbal(they have a lighter version, in taste and color aswell) Tebbouleh salad(it was good but the olive oil was over powering to my taste) Lamb shank with kabseh(it was delicious, soft and the rice kabseh was perfectly cooked) Czn burak special(the lamb chops were good,it has light taste of grill and spices, but the kebab lamb was over powering taste for me, it was a light spices almost bland taste) Belen style lamb casserole(this one is my fave so far, it has no strong lamb taste, it was great pair with rice and pita bread..soft aswell) Pilaf rice(best rice!) French fried(best aswell!) Mojito Mix berries mojito Sour spiritz Hibiscus berries The drinks were good..i got the mix berries mojito a bit sweeter.. We got turkish tea after our meal and paired with carrot slice baklawa for desserts ..it has an ice cream ..this is for those who loves sweets.. Over all the food were great!!! The service was amazing and fast, they are very attentive to our request aswell❤️ Definitely would love to dine in again and try other food on the menu☺️

Vibe 4* Food 3* Service 5* CZN Burak himself 1* We flew in from Los Angeles and this was the restaurant we wanted to try out, mainly because CZN was also there, and we wanted to take a picture with the man himself. So I'll go over each area in my review The vibe was ok for a high-end restaurant, I took off 1 star due to the temperature being freezing inside. If you plan to eat here, dress warm. The food was ok, not at all the hype at what I was expecting it to be. We have tried Turkish food several other times in our stay in Dubai, and all of those restaurants tasted so much better for 1/2th the cost. If the prices here were at least 1/2 of what they are now, then I would give it 5*. But if you're dining here just for the CZN name alone that's fine, but if you're coming for high quality tasting food only, there are plenty of better options elsewhere. Service I would have to give 5* though. Everyone that worked here was great, and always attentive. Our server made sure to keep checking in on us every 10 mins and made this whole experience at the restaurant better. Now for CZN Burak himself. I'm sorry, but the guy is not the happy all the time person he seems to be online. When people come from around the world to eat at your restaurant and want to take a quick picture with you, the least you can do is do that. Our table including 4 others were there for FOUR HOURS waiting on CZN to come out and meet and greet, there were only 15 people total waiting to meet him at the time. He could have came out for 5 minutess and met all of us and went on his way, instead he kept telling his staff every 30 mins he'll be out. But in the end he didn't come out, he left through a side door because he didn't want to meet anyone. If that was the case, why couldn't he tell his staff in the beginning? Instead, he makes us and 4 other tables wait for him for hours on the promise he was coming out. The things is, we only waited because he was there and HE HIMSELF told his staff he will be out shortly. Very disappointed in this guy. But a huge shoutout to the staff for doing all they can to accompany us while we wait, including giving us tea. They were clearly embarrassed by CZN's actions, and we were told this is pretty common of him to do. If you aren't a very wealthy person or a celebrity, chances are 50/50 if he will come out to meet his guests.

Let me start with the highlights. The hostesses were great and asked our preference for inside or outside as soon as we arrived and our wait time was less than 5 minutes. Once seated we were offered cold mezze straight from a tray which meant we didn’t have to wait long to start eating. The fresh bread from the oven was delightful. The menu is extensive but somewhat repetitive with a lot of lamb dishes. The salad we ordered was supposed to come with pomegranate molasses and when we asked the waiter they replied with “there’s some on the table, help yourself”. Our salt lamb main dish was a lovely fire spectacle however the sever did his thing without cracking a smile. Our mixed grill arrived and the chicken was undercooked & still pink on the inside. When we informed the waiter he proceeded to pick the pieces of chicken off the mixed grill with tongs and took it back to the kitchen for cooking and then returned it in a take away bag? 🤔 The restaurant is massive with various dining areas and comfortable stylish furniture. They serve shisha but the restaurant is not licensed to serve alcohol. Not sure if I’d return.

Reserved a table for this place, of course looking forward to the famous chef’s establishment. We still had to wait for a short time despite this, which does affect the restaurant experience. As we are sat down there appears to be a celebration of sorts every few mins when bringing out certain dishes. A little loud for my liking as. I prefer a quieter experience. We ordered just one dish, which was the chicken pilav dish. The menu recommends this as a dish for 2, however we shared amongst 3. I should say that the portion is absolutely huge and could have easily been devoured by 6 people. A remarkable amount of food. The chicken and rice dish is covered by a pastry that is cut open by a member of staff. The taste is really lovely and the blend of flavours really come together with the chicken and rice. The garnished nuts gives it a great touch. Overall, this is a good-to-very good restaurant with the waiting and loudness a little uncomfortable for me but others may not be so bothered by it. Nonetheless, the food was good!

Superb food, the flavor of every single dish we selected was simply out of this world! The kebabs and meat is so juicy and so full of flavor! This was our first visit and the star of the show was Mr. Omar who took great care of us we didn't feel we were in a restaurant but rather in a 7-star hotel! He firstly was great at giving us recommendations on what to order and the signature dishes with a detailed explanation on what every dish is and what to expect in terms of the flavor! Additionally, he ensured that proper etiquette was followed when serving the food; as in, not everything came at once so the food doesn't get cold as we are eating but rather everything came in waves so every dish was served hot and fresh! He was very attentive and took great care of us making us feel like we are guests in a Turkish house with care and kept ensuring all our needs are met throughout our visit. Highly recommended restaurant, great service from the ambiance, cleanliness, and insanely delicious food!
