I had lot of expectations for this hotel knowing they are 4/5 star hotel, and I booked for half board stayed for 3 people including breakfast and dinner, I was advised the timing in the reception for the dinner and we came there around 8:45pm to be exact. Finally we came there and it was little conjusted to be honest. But it was ok as long as service would have been good. But for our surprise the service was pathetic very terrible service. When we get there the staff ask the room number I thought we were done there and they asign us to the table, after that one lady staff which is my countryman, me and my friends spoke with her with our language with a smile and trying to joke with her but her reaction is too serious she's not smiling at all. A few minutes the lady staff approached us again for how many persons I booked for, I told her for 3 people, then another staff came again to our table ask the same question which is he ask me already when we've entered in the restaurant i said for 3 people, that time I feel uncomfortable because they keep asking me. I tried to approach the lady staff to show her my booking reference through my phone to make it clear to them but I was surprised to her how she respond on me, she said "no I'll just check on the reception" with using her hand to command me to lay away my phone, which is very rude they forgotten the meaning of customer service, they insisting that I booked only for 1 person which is not true they have lack of communication from the reception, I was very upset and I went to the reception to complaint but there's no action and consideration that given from us, our food came and we totally lost our appetite we couldn't ate our food that night with my friends it's very unpleasant service to the staff no smile no courtesy in the staff behavior. then the next thing the way of food was served to us, I have been in many other 5 stars hotel but this hotel are the worst service I experience with, our food was just been dropped at our table, no courtesy and the lady staff keep talking about the issue knowing that we can hear her it's very unprofessional. The only reason we went there is to get relax but it felt so embarrassing and unsatisfying. I've paid so much for nothing. A big thumbs down to Ramada HOTEL DEIRA and Tokyo Tokyo restaurant I will not recommend this hotel for such a bad service, the only good thing happened is they allowed me to check out late at 2pm. And one more thing The last one is our room. I booked for 3 people so I was expecting the room is for 3 people but what I get is for 2 people only they gve me 2 single bed it's fine if 2 adults and 1 child but I booked for 3 adults, so I asked for extra bed or if possible they can switch us for a bigger room with a queen size bed were can we fit on since we are all ladies so we don't mind if we slept in one bed frame, but I surprise when the receptionist told me I need to pay it for extra bed and saying I will gve you such a good discount. The spread also featured an extensive selection of breads, croissants, donuts, tarts, jams, butter, juices, coffee, tea, cereals, fresh fruits, beans, pasta, and more.
