The place was best and the flavors of the store are unique everywhere and the best thing about the flavor and the quality remains same everywhere the selection of the choices are huge and such a small store has a bigger optionsThe place was properly maintained well clean as well there was proper signage for Covid regulations and precautions even the dove they are well-maintained with mask and sanitizer The only thing made me disappointed is staff are not rude but the way they answered me back which is impolite and that’s not proper standards. Literally I ordered a big shake with the choice of Flavors and one bad thing I’ve noticed is when I asked for strawberry syrup the Employee told me that it’s chargeable for the thing I even told him last time when I was here I took it and everywhere I go I usually have it with the same style and even then still he told me that it’s still chargeable I said it’s fine you Can charge Then he refused to take the additional charge and told that’s fine this time is OK it’s fine to create the thing but not like big chain property you don’t have a point to say it actually. Horrible!! I ordered a cake via Talabat which says good for 8-12 people but when it arrived, the actual size is very small (not even good for 4). It's too small for a price of 146 AED.

On top of that, the greetings on the cake was smudged. I called the manager and was told to replace it with a bigger one and i'll pay the difference but he refused and not even willing to find a solution.

He kept saying that I should contact Talabat and the description on advertisement is not his fault but of the Baskin Robbins company itself.

This issue ruined the birthday surprise that we planned. I will not recommend this...
