I had the most incredible dining experience at PICKL! This burger joint truly knows how to elevate the burger game to a whole new level. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for my meal.

Let's start with the star of the show, the Chicken Sando Burger. It was a symphony of flavors and textures that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, while remaining tender and juicy on the inside, all nestled between soft and fluffy potato buns. Combined with a special sauce, it's a burger that dreams are made of.

And then there were the Sando Fries – a delightful side that perfectly complemented the burger. These fries were a revelation, featuring fresh fried chicken, dill pickles, comeback sauce, and parsley. But the bespoke BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was a masterpiece of customization. I was able to choose every element to my liking, and the result was a burger that suited my exact cravings. To wash it all down, I indulged in their salted caramel shake. It was a sweet and salty delight that provided the perfect balance to the savory feast I enjoyed. Creamy, rich, and with just the right hint of saltiness, it was the ideal companion to my meal.

What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Sujan Lama, the manager, who suggested and assisted us throughout our visit. His expertise and friendliness added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience.

I have been quite eager to try the food and see the place. It was my first time (Technically Pickl virgin). Heard a lot of great reviews amongst friends who've eaten there on the regular more or less. So here's my story: Hoping for the best, entered and have seen a sad-looking cashier, though tried to greet her in a smile and an enthusiastic approach to cheer her up I was rather greeted in a still saddened state (She must be going through a lot) so just pushed that off and placed my order. I ordered the Sando Chicken sandwich expecting the juiciness from the chicken to be savoury and tender as per my friends' experience. It was rather bland, maybe could have stayed longer in a brine or something I don't really know, the coating has just fallen apart on to the tray technically leaving me with a rather naked looking chicken. Buns on the sandwich fell apart, technically nothing can hold the fillings in place which ended up being messy which I kind of expected knowing it's a rather "filled-to-the-brim sandwich". I have seen large sandwiches before, I'm a large guy, but the sandwich I got was rather small, similar to a regular sized burger from other fast food joints. Probably only thing I have enjoyed there was the fries which surprisingly held on their own. I honestly am being generous with the feedback. Disappointed, but with feedback comes improvement and that's something I do hope would happen in terms of quality of the food. As its a hyped burger joint in town, I went to try their burger. When it comes to burgers, i am more of a beef lover.

So I orders bacon cheese burger meal. Service was quick and order came promptly. Good thing is the customization option as we can add and drop sauces and toppings. Firstly, the size of burger is quiet small as compared all the other burger joints available. Beef petty isn't so heavy too. Fries seems like a normal skinned frozen fries available over the counter. There was no special wao factor both in burger as well as fries. Seems like I was having a very regular meal which can be grabbed in 1/3 of the price point. Actually I was expected better taste and kick from Pickl.

Staff is quick, efficient and amazing. Overall I would say the servings and taste should have been a bit more impressive. At least as a burger lover and food reviews I was a bit disappointed.

The location of Pickl is spot on. In middle of motor city. There is wallet and normal parking available.

Would think before going again as mutlipe better options are available in surroundings, with better portion, taste and price point.
