Breakfast at our hotel was so crowded that we decided to skip it and go out for lunch instead. We looked for a nice restaurant nearby and discovered a hidden gem, less than a minute’s walk from our hotel.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful, with very few people around — which we actually appreciated. We had a lovely, relaxed lunch there and decided to come back the next day for dinner. That was just as good.

The staff were friendly, especially a very kind Filipino man who served us. He was nearly bald and left a really good impression with his warm attitude. Unfortunately, he wasn’t at the register — we were helped by an Indian man who was noticeably less friendly. Luckily, that was only at the time of payment, as we had only interacted with the Filipino waiter before that.
