Seven Stones Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

Subject: Concerns Regarding Recent Experiences at Seven Stones Restaurant - food poisoning and very slow service from the kitchen.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my recent experiences at your restaurant, Seven Stones, in Tecom. My husband and I have been regular customers, dining in and ordering delivery from your restaurant around four times a week because we live nearby. However, our recent visits have been quite disappointing.

Firstly, I’ve noticed that some of the staff at the reception have difficulty communicating in English, which has caused confusion during our home delivery orders. Additionally, there have been significant delays in receiving our food. On one occasion,my husband waited for 45 minutes, only to find out that my husband's meal was mistakenly given to a delivery order. Unfortunately, he has also experienced food poisoning from one of our meals, which is obviously concerning.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of an apology or effort from the staff to resolve these issues is quite disheartening. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns, as we have enjoyed being loyal customers of your restaurant. However, if these issues persist, I may have to escalate the matter to Dubai Municipality.

12 hours after eating here, me and bf started having diarrhea and vomiting. We had food poisoning/ stomach flu. I'm sure they are the suspect because this is the only meal we had the day before. Stomach flu lasted 36 hours, we missed our flight since we are both bed ridden and have to go to the toilet every 30 minutes. We have doctor on phone assisting us so we didn't get outpatient, but if we did I would have filed a more serious complaint. I plan to send a report to food safety too. I am not local so I'm not sure what else I can do.

I ordered Bulalo and shake and my partner ordered veg sandwich and shake. It's either their vegetable is not washed properly or the water they used on the shake is dirty water. PLEASE wash your vegetable and use clean water so NO ONE else will have to suffer like us. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE. If anyone can translate this for them, please do so. I am ordering every now and then and is take away most of the time. I usually order Bangsilog, and sometimes Mutton Kabab Biryani, but instead of Biryarni rice, i am requesting to replace it with vegetable fried rice and i am being charge for the same price.
