I must express my disappointment with the dining experiences at Hotel Royal's restaurant silicon oasis when ordering through the phone. My family and I have been loyal customers, often opting for the convenience of phone orders, but it seems like this method has become a consistent source of frustration.
Regrettably, every time we've placed an order over the phone,the girl takes the order and the wrong dishes have been delivered to our doorstep. Despite providing clear and specific details, the mix-up persists, leaving us unsatisfied with our meals and questioning the restaurant's attention to detail.
Initially, we were understanding, thinking it was an isolated incident. However, the problem persisted on multiple occasions, making it apparent that there is a systemic issue with their order processing. The excitement of receiving our anticipated dishes quickly fades away as we are met with the disappointment of receiving something entirely different.
It's not just the incorrect orders that have left us disheartened, but also the response from the restaurant when we reported the issue. While the staff appeared apologetic, they seemed unable to offer a comprehensive solution to prevent such mishaps from recurring. As loyal customers, we expected more proactive efforts to rectify the problem and retain our patronage.
The lack of consistency in their service is equally concerning. Some staff members were empathetic and understanding, while others appeared indifferent and disinterested in addressing our concerns. It gives the impression that there is a lack of proper training and communication among the restaurant's employees.

One time On delivery I got soggy french fries, which means fries was not fresh.. Didn't take too long to deliver the food as this restaurant and room was very closer.. And the fries got coloerd from the foil paper which wrapped the burger.. I sent message and someone saw the message and no response for long time.. Only to take the order fastest response.. Complaints are not important... Another day (16/12/2022) I ordered a Chicken Burger and I asked 3 sachet of Ketchup along with that.. And the person who attend the phone was very bad and he responded in a ridiculous way... When I asked him for 3 Ketch Up he replied me " You Need anything else on this 8AED.. Some Juices also.. " it was so horrible response which I received ever... Just for 3 pcs Ketch up he asked " You need anything on this 8AED.. Ridiculous... If they won't deliver food on this price he can tell that nicely or he can request me can you make it minimum 10 or 20 AED.. But he simply insulted me on another way... What wrong I did? On a previous visit, I witnessed a staff member asking a customer to move from their table, seemingly based on their appearance. During my most recent visit I just order shawarma and tea, I was disheartened to observe that the level of service provided seemed to be influenced by a customer's perceived socioeconomic status. The manner in which food was served and attention was given varied significantly between different tables. I believe that all customers, regardless of their background, deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
