I stayed at Hessa Home for a year until the landlord unexpectedly increased the rent by 10K for the following year. I moved out over a month ago and am still struggling to retrieve my security deposit. The management has been extremely unprofessional, each time I call, the person in charge assures me it will be ready in a few days, yet nothing happens. It is unacceptable that they withhold deposits even when a new tenant moves in just a week after the previous one leaves.

The only positive aspect of this building is its location. However, it is poorly maintained, with a persistent cockroach infestation regardless of cleanliness. The management does not appear to conduct regular hygiene or pest control measures, making it an unpleasant living...

The owner is fraudulent as he earns interest on deposit money. Whoever leaves the flat after contract over , he takes minimum 3 to 9 months to refund the deposit . Almost everyone’s deposit is delayed and no authority is asking or auditing him.He known tenants cannot go to court as there will be spending in legal procedure so owner takes advantage of it. The staff is also trained by him to handle this and the staff does not share contact number of owner. There is also a high deduction as minimum of 1000 also for...
