Outstanding Experience at Butcha Turkish Steakhouse – City Walk, Dubai 🌟

From the moment we stepped into Butchka, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Located in the heart of City Walk, Dubai, this Turkish steakhouse knows exactly how to make guests feel special from the very first second.

The service was exceptional — fast, friendly, and highly professional. A very special thank you to Samih, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. He even offered to take a photo of me and my friend so we could keep a beautiful memory of the evening — such a thoughtful gesture!

Now let’s talk about the food: absolutely delicious! We had tenderloin, juicy steak served on a sizzling skillet, perfectly seasoned and accompanied by crispy golden fries and a rich, flavorful sauce. On the side, we enjoyed fresh, colorful salads and warm bread with various dips. To top it off, we had a refreshing frappuccino with whipped cream — the perfect sweet touch to end our meal.

I wanted to try meat that night and butcha was the option in City Walk. It looked great and inviting and the place was full. I was also seated immediately although there was a waiting list as we were only 2 people. The service was good and we ordered the tenderloin for 2 people and they cooked it right in front of us. But 2 things I didn't like in this restaurant. The meat had no great taste that I could say wow I'm coming back to this restaurant. I felt I was eating cooked meat with no spices in it whatsoever. I wanted to take 1 dish for me and my friend to share as I know I get full fast but the waitress insisted that we go for the 2 portions. I kept asking her heats the size of 1 dish and she kept folding her hands showing me the quantity is fit for a child. I believed her and ordered the dish for 2 people and to my surprise it was enough for 4 not 2. The meat was too much and I ended up paying a huge amount for nothing. We were stuffed at the end and felt bad that we have paid so much for nothing. I believe the staff were decieving and wanted to make more money out of the customers. Overall I won't go back to this restaurant as it's pricey and the food...
