City Walk Building 18A/B — Hotel in Dubai

Horrible experience, my son was itching then I decided to clean the beds, I found the bugs in the photos, it was horrible!! They tried to change the apartment took them all day and we lost this day of our holiday with stress! found another bug in the new apartment so We left to hotel apartment with proper services ! Their cleaning services extra 300aed to change your bed covers ! Imagine if u stay for 1 month ! Each time u change ur beds u need to pay 300aed ! Not acceptable at all what happened ! Took them 2 months to refund the days we stayed...

We had an issue with the bed actully.Also, there was an insects on bedroom and the beds not clean. Our kids have some allergy in their body due to the bed was not clean, and we could not sleep well becaous that. I cotacted fam living represintitve to send one to change the bed for us however they said No change service avilabe. my expeirine was first with fam living , and it will be the last, and I will not recommend...
