MINT - City Walk Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

Where to start! It was our first time at Mint City Walk, we decided to try this place based on the Google reviews... but the reality is way different! Food is OVERPRICED for what it is. We ordered poached eggs and got only one egg... never happened to us in Dubai, even in the worst places... when we asked the waitress, she mentioned that indeed it's not enough but that's how it is and if we are not happy we should complain to the manager by raising a complaint online. What a joke, seriously. They didn't even try to find a solution (which was super easy: add another poached egg...). This is called Customer Satisfaction, and clearly, don't expect to find it there. Then, we ordered a cesar salad, with chicken, for almost 90 aed... the leaves were not fresh at all, the chicken was cheap quality and the croutons they used are the ones you can find in ready-made salads in the supermarket... not to mention the dressing. Second joke. Such a disappointment. Had a bill of almost 300 aed, including drinks (the only acceptable items in terms of quality and taste, I would say). Now the staff was lovely and honestly, I can not blame them. It's probably not in their hands. To the owner of the concept, you'd better improve the quality and quantity cause trust me, word-of-mouth can ruin your reputation very fast, especially when it starts with experts in the...

Very bad experience just chilling and talking to each other the manager is rude she don’t even behaves like one she is just jumping and joking with waiters in front of the customers and laughing while 2 tables behide me needs to order the Philipino lady forgot to punch my order for more than 30minutes and she was just standing and walking behide me and it-was not even busy to say that she was overwhelmed no sorry no sympathy no anything full of attitude she don’t know how to talk to customer so experience she is just rude the reason I wrote this is because I met my friend today and told me the same thing happened to her just few days ago my friend said to me that she ordered a chocolate cake and it delayed for like 20 minutes and the restaurant was empty while one girl from Africa asked about her experience she really apologized and gave her 20percent discount but the question is why rude staff and non experienced one I feel sad for wasting my money Bad coffee Bad food Bad...
