Super location, excellent service Was invited to a “business dinner” discussing a new “stylish” product being introduced to our area,

Access to this restaurant is directly from the boulevard, something unusual for eateries on the boulevard, this alone deserved one star. Another star belongs to the service, the person taking the order said “we have everything you want”, but when asked about the jidi bilzait, he said "not that". His supervisor came in fast and corrected him, and sure enough they could do it even though it was not on the menu. The third star was for the selection of food/dishes on the menu. The ambiance paired the beautiful view and setting, sitting on the balcony overlooking Burj Khalifa in the most wonderful early March weather. Comes the food, I tried them all: humus had tahini & lemon juice, chickpeas and even the side cumin & sumac!!!! The Kibbeh balls were good. The Jidi bil Zait came in thick soup, full of potato cubes, the meat and rice were fine. The Fattouch needed more tomatoes and cucumber. The Sujuk rolls and Fattet Makdous were heavy and the eggplant small. Everything was good. The dessert was two kinds of kunafa, the usual and pistachio one, both...

Sargon Restaurant in Dubai absolutely blew me away—this place is a whole vibe.

Let’s start with the ambiance: sleek, elegant, and right in the heart of Downtown Dubai with the Burj Khalifa gleaming in the background. The outdoor seating is dreamy—perfect for a dinner date, girl’s night out, or just treating yourself like royalty (which you should, obviously).

The food? Unreal. I had the Wagyu beef, and let me tell you—it was melt-in-your-mouth, flavor-packed perfection. Juicy, tender, and cooked just right. Pair that with their creamy, comforting mushroom soup and you’ve got the ultimate duo. I also tried their avocado toast with scrambled eggs, shrimp and cherry tomato. It was plated like a piece of art and tasted even better than it looked (which is saying a lot).

Everything was fresh, elevated, and full of flavor. You can taste the quality and care in every bite.

The service was top-tier. Friendly, attentive staff who made sure everything was on point without hovering.

I’m honestly obsessed. Sargon isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. I’ll be coming back, and bringing everyone I know with me.

Spectacular service great ambiance inside and outside with multiple levels of seating. Have dinner on the boardwalk or overseeing it. Come indoors for a cooled relaxing hot summer night. Truly a magnificent experience with well rounded patrons having a blessed night out. So Yalla! If you new to Dubai and expect the best of downtown in a hometown atmosphere. And lastly, the sheesha is engulfed in flavour and tradition, with minute by minute service by the best sheesha staff anywhere in downtown. Come to old town. Take your self back in a quaint oasis surrounded massive towers of downtown. Old town and Sargon are synonymous; like the talented staff and mouth watering food.
