Booked this hotel for three nights while on transit in Dubai, AC was not working the first night, I called reception, a guy came and tried to restart the ac several times and I was told they are sorry but electrician will come in the morning and they’ll fix it.
Next day called them again at 1 pm, electrician came and tried to fix the ac , i had to go for desert safari and told reception to please fix the ac and clean my room, put a “make my room sign” on the door and gave my key card to reception.
Came back late night at 2am to find that none has come to clean the room and the AC was still not fixed, it was actually much chill weather on streets in Dubai as compared to the room. Called reception again - they sent a guy who just arranged the same old bedsheets and left after saying that new bedsheets and ac fix will be done tomorrow morning... Rooms near lifts are constantly disturbed by the lift bells throughout the night which is irritating and may affect sound sleep for sensitive travelers like myself. Breakfast availability is the only positive, which too has a limited options. Guys looking for economic accommodation, please look for other alternatives before checking in since economy, is exactly not the consideration when someone comes to visit Dubai. Make...
