When I went to have lunch I did not accept the quality of food would be so great really an eye opener for everyone. The service started at the door with a welcome soft drink and starters (no limit) then you enter the main dining hall and the managers are very welcoming and had such a smile on their face and greets you as you are an old friend makes you feel like you are going to your home for lunch/ dinner and find a table that suits you. Next thing I noticed that the lunch/dinner thali is placed in front of you and more Indian soft drinks are served different to the one at the entrance, while you are having a sip of it hot starters are severed, next before you know all the other food items are severd. While you are eating the waiters make sure that your thali is full and if needed will top up the required item very quickly and they also notice that if someone has liked a particular item they will get it for you quickly. A service that everyone in hospitality should learn. This is all done by the serving staff and the managers. The management should really thank them more and really appreciate the hard work they are putting in to make this restaurant such a great place to visit again and again.
