Actually few days prior me and my partner visited here to try Nepali momo and we ordered dum biryani along with it the place wasn't really crowded yet the food came late but it's okay as food takes time to cook but after we got the food we found hair in the biryani which we showed to the lady working there any she casually picked it up and was like okay "Now"so we looked at eachother after which she offered to get a new one and went inside but my partner didn't wanted to eat the biryani after what he saw and asked her if possible we want to cancel the order of only that biryani to which she said "We need to ask the manager and maybe it's not possible "after few minutes she came back saying the manger said it's okay you can just pay for the momo and i started eating my momo but the guy wearing white shirt and black pant 'Manager' i guessed and another guy maybe another waiter were standing in a place which was clearly visible and near to my seat and kept staring at me as if we were the culprit and we did that to the food which made me so uncomfortable while eating those momo ,as an introvert i was so conscious because of them staring at us and felt like we were on wrong i just wanted to vanish from there and finished as soon as i could and went to pay and still the guy in white shirt and black pant stood near the counter and was looking at us as if we are some sort of criminal no apology nothing they were dead silent even when they were in wrong i just wrote this not because i want to address about the food because i know no one will sabotage the food and it might be an accident but because of there behaviour afterwards. They made us feel very very bad and miserable ,we were not there for free food or discount if so we would have created a sin after what happened but we are decent people and we don't believe in treating people wrongly hope you guys see this and think twice before hurting someone feelings specially when you are engaged in hospitality...
Read moreMy recent visit to Biryanis & Biryanis left me greatly disappointed. Despite arriving promptly at 6:40 PM, within the advertised discount timeframe, my friend and I encountered multiple issues that soured our dining experience.
Initially, we were denied the 15% discount that was clearly stated on the menu. Despite our insistence and showing the staff the menu, they remained adamant that the discount couldn't be applied to our order of two biryanis. This inconsistency between the menu and the service provided was frustrating and left us feeling undervalued as customers.
To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns with the manager, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing our valid concerns, the manager actually laughed at us, displaying a complete lack of respect and empathy. Such behavior is simply unacceptable in any customer service environment.
Despite our willingness to order additional items and despite the discount being valid until 7 PM, we were met with resistance and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. This begs the question of why advertise a discount if it cannot be honored during the specified hours.
This entire experience has left a lasting negative impression. As a customer, I expect honesty, professionalism, and respect from any establishment I choose to patronize. Unfortunately, Biryanis & Biryanis failed to meet these basic expectations.
In conclusion, I sincerely hope that Biryanis & Biryanis takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their customer service practices. Clear communication, respect for advertised policies, and professionalism should be non-negotiable aspects of running a successful...
