Read moreWe visited Bukhara over the weekend and had a pleasant dining experience. We were among the first guests to arrive, and right from the start, the staff was attentive and courteous. We were seated promptly and welcomed with papad which was a nice traditional touch.
We ordered the Paneer Khurchan, Dal Bukhara, and a variety of naans and breads. The Paneer Khurchan was decent—freshly made and satisfying—but the real star of the meal was definitely the Dal Bukhara. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it lived up to the restaurant’s name and expectations.
Portion sizes were generous, and what I especially appreciated was that despite the richness of the meal, it didn’t leave us feeling heavy or bloated. That, to me, speaks to the quality of ingredients and preparation.
One small point to note: we had booked through EazyDiner, which mentioned a discount offer, but unfortunately, it wasn’t offered at the restaurant. I hope EazyDiner looks into this discrepancy to avoid confusion in the future.
Overall, it was a satisfying meal and a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for hearty Indian cuisine with...
Read moreBukhara is an ideal place for a quite dinner. The ambience inside is grand & it sets the positive mood the moment we enter. The kitchen is big & ready to accommodate large party orders with a glass window where we can see the Chefs prepare the culinary experience that we will go through.
We started off with their signature starters which was the non veg platter, tandoori Mahi tikka, seekh kebab, Murgh boti kebab & paneer tikka. Each kabab was so tender and moist with the burst of spices to blow you away.
For the mains we tried their Khurchan, a unique dish, very delicious. Paneer Makhani had the right consistency, very creamy & droolworthy. The Showstopper was the Dal Bukhara, my favourite among all. Words are not enough to describe the dishes, each and every dish had some uniqueness in it which satisfied our palate to the next level. If you enjoy Dal Bukhara then this is one of the best places to savor the same.
In dessert we enjoyed their Rasmalai. This dessert was simple, light & not sugary sweet.
Bukhara is definitely a treat to the soul. Thank you,...
