I believe this restaurant has one of the best South Indian food in Dubai. Hence, I’ve gone to this restaurant a couple of times to try more dishes. I have experienced good service by all the staffs and this restaurant has an incredibly calm ambience, Along with South Indian Dishes, a whole another variety of dishes are available ranging from Chinese to North Indian Cuisine, and the dishes are very reasonable, In my opinion, Those who wish to have a savoury meal must visit this restaurant.

I recommend you to try the chicken lollipop when you visit this eatery, and for the mains; from what I’ve eaten, the curries I recommend from this restaurant is Beef Pepper Curry, and Chicken Patiala, Both were equally good and served adequately; However, I preferred the Patiala more.., I also did try some Noodles and soup in one of my visits, I liked the Chicken Hakka noodles and the Hot and Sour Soup. There are also specials every day, Like The sadhya every Friday, Pothi-Biriyani etc. and more.

This restaurant is very spacious and can seat a lot of people. Not to mention, You can also reach it by metro, since it's almost 150 meters away from the Fahidi...

Delightful Dining Experience!I recently had the pleasure of dining at Golden sand restaurant and cafe, and it was an experience worth the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of cozy and chic. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.The menu offered a fantastic variety, and each dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly loved the mutton biryani, which was a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and exquisite taste. The portion sizes were generous, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite.What really stood out was the level of service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Despite being a busy evening, the food arrived promptly, and the staff checked in regularly to ensure everything was to our liking.Overall, Golden sand restaurant and cafe is a gem. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a special night out, this place delivers on all fronts. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings....

Review after One month : I have visited the restaurant today and i experienced something opposite to the review I gave before. Food was not at all good. Chicken starter is cool and there is some odd smell in food. Even on requesting refill it was same. Ordered soup separately and didn’t have a good experience with that as well. Where we have started, We had stopped at that item itself. Had to leave without having food. When asked while paying bill they are not ready to answer in fact, except the person at cash counter everyone is shouting that 20-30 ppl had the same food, when they don’t have problem, why are u complaining?. (in a rude tone). That behaviour is not acceptable when we have suffered for something wrong from their side. We didn’t have our lunch for the day and day ended very bad.
