We had a fantastic experience at Jamie’s Italian restaurant during their Kids’ Pasta-Making Workshop! My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loved it — from learning to make fresh pasta by hand to proudly taking her own creation home, it was both fun and educational.

The workshop was professionally organized and the team was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave clear step-by-step instructions, taught proper hygiene practices, and ensured that every child was supported throughout. From the time we booked the slot until the workshop ended, we received regular WhatsApp updates, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. It was truly worth every penny.

Had the worst service possible today at Jamie’s Italian, A big fan of the chef, loved the food and the dining experience until it came to the last ten minutes, where we were literally being dismissed from the table . The waitress after getting us our leftovers which was pizza and half of one plate ; came without even asking if we’re interested in a desert or a drink and just stood there with the bill and the machine on her hand ; mind you I was on the phone when she did that and my husband was in the bathroom; we were also inviting people for that lunch so that was the rudest we as a party have ever faced, I excused her twice but still she stood there, rude, unprofessional and bluntly she should not be working in the hospitality field because we felt the complete opposite of being welcomed; after paying with a supplementary card I asked for the manager while paying too!! ; she also dismissed me and did not call for him!!! ; I asked if he was the manager and explained the situation and all I got was a “sorry” and he asked if she was the one who did that and that was it.
