I never dine in to this branch but we always order online.
This is my first time that i experience this and all i want is to talk to ur employees.
We order online as we are also working in a food service industry, meaning we canāt go out to our shop to buy food far away from our shop as this branch is like 15-20mins by walk.
When the delivery arrived he called as if he was in a hurry and angry, i understand the heat outside however the way this guy talk to me was very rudely. He is arabic guy so im just guessing maybe his Egyptian.
He is asking my location even though there is already the name of our shop, I can understand that he needs to be hurry so i instructed him where is our shop, he is rudely saying that i have to go to him to take my order as it is near to our shop, however that place where he is is not like maybe 30steps aways from our shop and i kindly instructed him that i am not allowed to go outside our shop.
Then he rudely response me with this sentence āok!ok! Donāt worry mam you will get ur order, i will delivery to you ur order even i will get 500dhs fine!ā - yes just imagine the tone of the voice of an arabic/egyptian guy!
Like what i said, i also working in a food service industry and this is not how to treat a customers!
This guy is even sarcastic and rude even though when i told him āok, you will get fine i will complain youā and he doesnāt care!
As much as i want, I donāt complain to this kind of deliveries as i know how to work in a food industry.
Thankfully ur hotline is busy because even i will complain to their branch manager, i guess they will not care as well as i read so many negative feedbacks here.
But i hope KFC will do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst experience ever.
Two years ago, I had a bad experience at KFC and stopped visiting the place due to the rude behavior of one of the staff. After waiting for 40 minutes, he told me there was only spicy chicken available, and his attitude was extremely disrespectful. This happened at the Americana complex on Al Wahda Street.
However, after all this time, we were in Jumeirah and my kids wanted to have dinner at KFC. It turned out to be one of the worst service experiences again.
We ordered the family meal for AED 126 ā we were 5 people ā but they only provided 3 plates and 2 ketchup sachets. When I asked for more ketchup, they gave me only one more.
When we started eating, I was shocked to find 7 chicken wings in the meal. How is that acceptable? If wings are generally not preferred by many customers, why give me half of the chicken pieces as wings?
As commonly known, a 16-piece meal should be made of 2 chickens ā each chicken has 8 parts and only 2 wings. So I should have received only 4 wings at most. When I complained to the staff, they said they could only replace 2 pieces. I accepted, and they gave us 2 more plates ā but again, we were 5 people.
I absolutely do not recommend this branch. It used to be one of the best places before, but sadly, it has declined significantly in quality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTHE GOOD It's a standalone KFC branch, which is nice as most of their branches are in malls. The interior is well designed, it's a good place to hangout. Won't say too much about the food, it's similar to any KFC here in UAE in terms of taste and quality. It's in a located in a plot with other nearby restaurants. It's also hard to miss along Jumeirah road. Drive thru!
THE BAD Parking is tough when the place is busy. And the space itself is thight, get ready for dings from inconsiderate people. Whenever it's not busy, there's usually no one in the counter. Flies.
THE WORST I just don't get it, it's like most KFC have this training of having a "cold look, don't smile, and be as numb as they can get" training. I know they must had a busy day, exhausted, and maybe bored. But what does it take to make your staff smile back? Despite of me being warm and light as I approach and give my order, they just don't make you feel appreciated that you chose...
