I recently visited Boulevard Restaurant in Dubai and I want to share my wonderful experience with you. Boulevard is an excellent restaurant offering an exceptional dining experience in the heart of the city.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was captivated by its elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's interior design is distinguished by its warm colors and appropriate lighting, which creates a comfortable and ideal atmosphere for dining. The modern décor adds a touch of elegance and luxury.

The menu on the Boulevard is amazing. It includes a variety of international cuisine, ranging from traditional Arabic dishes to innovative European and Asian dishes. The dishes are distinguished by the quality of the ingredients and presented in an innovative and attractive manner. Enjoy an unforgettable taste experience with delicious dishes and varied flavours.

Honestly, the restaurant service was excellent. The staff are highly skilled in dealing with customers and were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made unique recommendations and answered all my queries brilliantly. The service was also characterized by attention to detail and speed in meeting customers' needs.

I cannot overlook the wonderful dining experience I had at Boulevard. The dishes were exceptionally tasty and elaborate. It was characterized by the balance of flavors and presented beautifully on the plates. I sampled dishes such as grilled beef in a special marinade and grilled salmon in yogurt and herb sauce. Every dish reflected great attention to detail and impeccable taste.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Boulevard Restaurant. It is a great destination for romantic dinners or important business meetings. What a horrible place, booked a Friday brunch by email, which is supposed to be the highlight of our day, arrived at 1 PM exactly on time only to find out that there is no brunch. They have cancelled the brunch and didn’t bother to inform us. We had to show the waiter the emails and he took pictures to show his manager. Manager didn’t bother to come by and the waiter told us that we can instead go to the other Address Hotel where there is actually a brunch and told us that they will call. Silly us, we believed this and even walked instead of taking the taxi because the waiter said it is just across the street. But of course again a bunch of lies because it is a labyrinth there and took us 15 min to get to the other hotel. What comes next? There is also no brunch on the other side! With a lot of efforts we found out there will be a brunch but only from 3 PM! So we were supposed to wait for almost 2 hours! Sending us there and of course not giving a call as they promised nobody had any idea why we came at this time. Abdul the manager of Restaurant at Address Boulevard, who never showed his face but arranged all this ridiculous scam for us to feel super frustrated, I am sure the unprofessional behaviour will not pass for too long. I advice that anyone with their right mind...
