McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

Ordered from the kiosk for take away. They were gonna give me the tray with my food for dine in. Told the staff it’s for take away (I saw that my order was complete and correct). So, I didn’t bother checking the bag before I leave, (maybe part of it was my fault). I paid for extra Caesar dressing, I didn’t get it. Ordered 6 pieces nuggets meal, didn’t have the bbq sauce. Fries were too soggy and soda was not that cold.

Not angry, not complaining, didn’t even bother to contact them or whatever. I just think that they should double check as well. I know I should do it too, but what if I don’t have time? Should this happen all the time? Should we normalize it? I don’t know. Now, I have a 6 pieces nuggets without sauce. Bon...

Request to Bring Back the Spicy Crunchy Chicken Burger

I hope this message finds you well. I am a loyal customer and have always enjoyed the variety and quality of food you offer. However, I was disappointed to discover that the Spicy Crunchy Chicken Burger has been discontinued.

This burger was one of my all-time favorites due to its perfect balance of flavor, crunch, and spice. It’s rare to find a menu item that hits all the right notes, and I know I’m not the only customer who feels this way.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider bringing this item back. I believe it would be met with enthusiasm by many of your regular customers.I hope to see the Spicy Crunchy Chicken Burger back on...
