MOISHI - Citywalk — Restaurant in Dubai

A bit disappointed

I absolutely love Moishi, always visit the one in Dubai Mall. Went to City Walk, passed by Moishi and decided to get some.

Atmosphere is chill and very quiet. It’s still the same flavors that I like, staff was actually nice & quiet (maybe he’s just misunderstood on other reviews) because he even said goodbye.

What I didn’t like is that it’s not as firm and it’s bit melted. I think it’s not the staff but their freezer which they should fix.

3 stars because the mochi not being as firm as it should be ruins...

My daughter and I absolutely love MOISHI. There are 2 branches that have been our favorite - city walk and Dubai mall. While all of their staff are great, Cherry and Anoop take customer service to the next level. It is always an absolute pleasure to meet them. They are absolute gems and hope they get recognized for being the amazing individuals they are.

Loved it. A big variety of moshis. My favourites are the strawberry and mango flavours, the pomegranate one is nah. A small kiosk at the citywalk dubai. Not to be missed for quick bites while shopping at the mall. A nice packaging for gifts or takeaway. Recommended for the ice cream and sorbet lovers, even a new cool idea to consider if you wanna have something with you when invited for a breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon...
