As you step into the Rialto Italian Restaurant at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, you are enveloped in an ambiance that seamlessly marries Italian elegance with warmth. The luxurious décor, adorned with rich textiles and artworks, sets the stage for an extraordinary dining experience.

At the helm of this stellar establishment is the charismatic general manager, whose passion for authentic Italian cuisine is palpable. With an engaging smile and an encyclopaedic knowledge of culinary traditions, he welcomes each guest as if they were family.

The staff enthusiasm for both the restaurant and its meticulously curated menu is infectious, as they share stories about the origins of each dish, whisking you away on a delightful journey through the Italian countryside.

As you settle into your seat, the scent of freshly baked focaccia wafts through the air, teasing your senses and preparing you for the culinary magic that awaits. The menu is a masterpiece in itself, showcasing the finest ingredients, each dish a canvas of vibrant flavours and artistic presentation.

The antipasti selection is an experience unto itself, each bite an invitation to explore the rich tapestry of Italian gastronomy. The burrata is pillowy soft, paired beautifully with heirloom tomatoes and a fragrant basil pesto that sings of sun-soaked summers in Italy.

But it is the pasta that truly steals the show. Crafted in-house with an unwavering commitment to authenticity, the flavours build gracefully, culminating in a crescendo that leaves your taste buds dancing with delight. Every aspect has been thoughtfully considered, from the plating to the seasoning, making each dish a testament to the culinary prowess of the chefs behind the scenes.

Finally, the journey concludes with an indulgent dessert selection. The tiramisù is nothing short of sublime; it strikes the perfect balance between creamy and airy, capturing the essence of this classic Italian treat. Paired with a rich espresso, it’s the ideal finale to a meal that is already destined to be unforgettable.

At Rialto, every factor converges to create an exceptional dining experience—from the charming hospitality of the general manager, who dances between tables ensuring every detail is perfect, to the exquisite culinary creations that emerge from the kitchen. This restaurant is not merely a place to eat; it’s an experience that invites you to celebrate the art of Italian cuisine in a luxurious setting.

For anyone seeking a gastronomic adventure in Dubai, Rialto Italian Restaurant at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is an absolute must-visit. It's a journey through flavors that encapsulates the very soul of Italy, all while being enveloped in...

I had booked a table in advance to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the two ladies at the reception, but were unexpectedly seated outdoors — in May, at 2 PM, in Dubai’s 40°C heat. As someone wearing an abaya, sitting outside in such conditions is simply unreasonable, and no one asked during the booking process whether I preferred indoor or outdoor seating.

I politely asked the waiter if we could be moved inside, and he said he’d check. After waiting under the heat, I went inside myself, only to be told by the receptionists that indoor seating was fully booked — even though I saw empty tables. A man who I later learned was the “general manager” was also unhelpful. When I explained that I had booked in advance and had not been asked about seating preference, he just said, “I don’t know,” offering no solution.

Surprisingly, a kind gentleman overheard and offered us his table as he was leaving. At that point, the staff — including the general manager — immediately offered me an indoor table. What was shocking is that the table we were given wasn’t even his, proving there was availability all along. It was clear the issue wasn’t about space, but rather willingness.

Eventually, I was approached by the "actual" restaurant manager, who was polite, but by then my experience had already been soured. I truly did not expect this kind of treatment at a restaurant within a 5-star Jumeirah hotel. No matter how good the food is, service and hospitality are everything — and unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider recommending or returning to...

The reception was super bad, and it diminished and destroyed all the experience, making it one of the worst experiences in fine dining in Dubai. I would rate it as amateur staff. The guy at reception was rude and do not know how to respect guests rather than showing great hospitality for a newly launched restaurant. The lady who assisted him was also incompetent and does not know about hospitality industry in Dubai. When I asked about the manager she ignored my request. I was promised a table outdoor and then they said nothing is available without any genuine apology After I spoke to another person and requested for the manager, the manager came and apologized and promised us food experience will make us feel better The starters were average, the espresso martini was excellent, the main course was extremely bad, i order tenderloin and it came medium as requested but it was not soft or juicy. On the contrary it was so chewy as if it is plastic And I could not comment it, because the team came to check about food when it was late. They removed Tenderloin from bill, which is least expected because i ate almost half it. Tiramisu was good The restaurant at some point got hot and I was sweating Bad control of temperature Music bad. It would send people to sleep . Anyway, verdict I would not recommend this place to anyone as it was a horrible...

To start with, the staff at the reception were very professional and greeted us the Italian way. The indoor area is spectacular, and the outdoor area is also nice—but compared to other restaurants at Marsa Al Arab, it lacks the Burj Al Arab view, which makes a difference. Also, the decoration outdoors can handle an upgrade. I felt that the focaccia bread served at the beginning with the cheese wasn’t very fresh. The tomato burrata was special and very good. The artichoke salad lacked flavor and was dry. The pear salad also tasted a bit off and slightly bitter, even though it was recommended by the waiter. Their balsamic vinegar isn’t the best either. The cutlery was very fancy and elegant. The fettuccine Alfredo was really good, and the portion was quite large—enough for two people. In general, all the portions are generous. We ordered the fried artichoke and roasted potatoes as sides. The potatoes were tasteless, and the fried artichoke was dry with little flavor. The prices are acceptable for a fine dining restaurant. Expect to spend around 500 AED per person. Overall, it was a good experience, but not one of the restaurants I’d return to. A downside is the traffic getting into the hotel and the long wait at the valet
