Brazilian Nations Restaurant LLC — Restaurant in Dubai

I am VERY frustrated and disappointed with my order. I have been in Brazilian nations for the buffet and it was very nice and then it’s already 2 times that I order delivery and it’s terrible. This time I ordered empanada and cheese bread. The cheese bread was like a stone and the empanada dough was RAW and cold! The chicken covered of so much spices and honestly I wonder if it was not to hide old smell of the chicken! What is very common in restaurants! It’s very difficult to find Brazilian food in UAE and we (Brazilians) are so attached to our food that you guys must be more careful with that to don’t disappoint your main costumers! Never again I will order!!!

Answer to the reply: I tried to contact the company by email and telephone about my issue and no answer. Also, I did this complain around 1 month ago and ONLY NOW, I have a return. About the fact that I’ve visited the restaurant, yes, I left a compliment on the Instagram, I shared videos on my Instagram of the buffet a good review on tripadvisor. My first time ordering from this place as I’m Brazilian and craving for my culture and food. I decide to give it a try and drive at night to pick up the food.

As soon as we arrived I open one of the food that I ordered to eat in the car and realize something was missing from my order. Nobody informed me they didn’t had that food option before I bought it and after I said they mention they told my husband once he pick up the food which wasn’t true.

The worst comes now. As soon as we got home and we try to eat we couldn’t. The meat was smelling so bad, almost like a bad fish plus it was raw. Pastel was so oily and not fried properly. So so white. It’s like eating uncooked meals past their valid date

The Espetinhos were terrible! It was like if the food went bad for days and days. We couldn’t eat ANYTHING !

We throw all the food on the waste cause we would get sick afterwards. I almost went sick after I smell the meat inside.

Coxinha came super salt, oily and again impossible to eat. Im so disappointed as I was craving Brazilian late a night.

Never again! At least I learn to read views before buying...

The restaurant was better when it was near Emirates mall, last week I wanted to bring on saturday my husband to eat Brazilian food once he is Emirati but he loves the food of my country Brazil but I felt shy and regret big time. The previous place was clean, everything changed for worse, the workers was trained was organized place to have our meal, the smell in the area was at least good. Now they changed everything, there is no organization with the workers, the smell on the way when we park till we arrive VERY BAD, for they answer the phone even messages very rare, I was walking to arrive in the restaurant and this area is horrible and the smell of garbage till we arrive is a nightmare. I cant describe my feelings when I brought my husband in such bad experience im truly disappointed. Once we saw the restaurante we left immediately.
