I cannot begin to express how utterly appalling my experience was at your store. The staff were beyond rude—borderline hostile. From the moment I walked in, they seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I stood at the counter for at least ten minutes while two baristas chatted and ignored me entirely. When one finally decided to acknowledge my existence, they rolled their eyes and acted like I was an inconvenience.

When I placed my order, the barista repeated it back incorrectly three times before finally getting it right, and even then, they looked annoyed. The drink I received was not only wrong but poorly made—lukewarm, bitter, and completely undrinkable. To top it off, the cup had coffee stains on it, and the lid wasn’t properly sealed, leading to a spill in my car.

The seating area was filthy, with tables covered in crumbs and spilled drinks. I saw staff members standing around on their phones instead of cleaning. It’s clear that customer service and cleanliness are not priorities here.
