Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

The coffee is still on the "low-average" quality side however, what makes me come back to this shop is.... Bikash.

I met Bikash in Feb 2022, when I first used this location. Bikash was the one that made me download the Starbucks app and to which I have to thank for receiving a free coffee from time to time (the reward points on the app do that.... ). Bikash was also the one that suggested me to order on the app and just come to collect, saving the drinks preparation time by doing so.

Bikash is always welcoming, knows your name, knows your drink and genuinely feels happy while doing his job.

Dear Starbucks management, such individuals like Bikash are to be appreciated, valued, retained and promoted, as he is an absolute role model in client service, attitude and overall approach to his job and if you could do something to improve the quality of your average coffee, would be great too.

Dear Bikash, THANK YOU and keep it up! You are doing...

This Starbucks has badly trained staff- Me and my family went here to get a Starbucks and we ordered a caramel frappucino with no coffee - instead he put coffee and when we asked for no coffee he dumped it in the sink - we also asked for a warm black tea with milk - instead he got us super hot tea with no milk - we asked him to put milk and ice - he put milk and one ice cube - then we asked for 1 pack of sugar instead the barista gave us 5 packs - and we go to get more ice and he put almost the whole cup of ice but we told him to stop - overall I think the Starbucks should get better...

I know how important reviews are in Dubay. So, my expression is more than just sad. I asked to warm croissant with turkey. Simple task on 19 dhs. Immediately went to wash my hands. Had no time to explain. By the time i was back it was not ready. So i lost my time and my meal was cold. Not as per my plan? Why do i pay for low level of service? Without compensation? Awful. Just getting money with no attitude to customers. I needed fast reaction. Instead got loss of time, money, satisfaction...
